Personally I had a vegan teacher in 5th grade and she was one of the nicest teachers but yet also the most realist? She was the nice balance between optimistic but still not to high up in the clouds and didn't have that "everyone get along and rainbows and cupcakes" vibe and I always hated it when some kids in my class just hated her because she was vegan, she was generally a good teacher so when the vegan teacher had the AUDACITY to say "us" I deadass wanted to slap this woman into a new dimension

Yeah I am a vegeterian myself but I would never force my opinion on other people and I ate meat for the first like 15 years of my life about every day so I know how it is a habit and everyone should be respected. Also it has no use the way she does it because it takes small steps to reduce your meat consumption. I'm still on my way to being vegan
