I don't recall you mentioning it, but it's worth noting the efficiency and quickness of Breville's short heat up time and its separate heat cartridge for the group head. Lots less to heat up over the Rocket.

It get it fully heated up I dont think its crazy different both. take awhile. Breville is a bit quicker though.

Great overview! Have you looked at the Argos Odyssey? Would have the same benefits of the flare 58, but can also steam milk and operate as a spring level.

I’ve been thinking about picking one up I think if I were in the market, I would definitely look into the Argos over the flair just because of the steamer

I‘m thinking buying either the dual boiler (black) for 970€ or Lelit Bianca V3 (black) for 2.100€. For one thing I like the Lelit for it‘s nicer design and out of the box flow control but on the other hand the bdb is cheaper and has better temperature stability. I use to own a bdb and I was happy with it. I can‘t decide…
