The overgrowth spell is such a good spell for Queen Charges. The strategy I use involves placing the Queen on one side, siege on the other, and the overgrowth spell in between. After the duration ends, I send the army through the middle. For spam attacks, I think targeting the townhall side would be better. This way, you can render the Eagle Artillery irrelevant for half a minute while your army decimates the base. By the time the spell ends, the army would already be attacking it. The main challenge, in my opinion, is estimating the time it takes for the army to take down key targets. If you miscalculate, you could find yourself facing defenses both in front and behind. All in all, the overgrowth spell, as the video mentioned, is just another tool in your toolkit. Whether it's worth using in attacks depends on your attack style.

For me freeze spell is still the most versatile, you can stop strong defences so your troop can destroy them. Invisibility is good in a blimp or with a small kill squad because you can make all the troops invisible and the defences will not start shooting at something else. And for overgrown spell I really like to use it on the eagle artillery so your troops have time to reach it

I think the overgrowth spell messes up more attacks than it helps

Not if you understand the spell and troops you are working with. It can hold spell towers, and sweepers (great for air) especially when sweeper or spell tower is behind the town hall. It's great for pathing as well if you are bad at forming a funnel. It's a very versatile spell

I believe that it's not the overgrowth spell that is broken, but the root rider spam armies. The overgrowth just works extremely well with those hense making it appear broken

You can still do indirect dmg to buildings with overgrowth, I discovered this when my super archers still did dmg under overgrowth

For me because of my heroes are upgrading, i will stick with freeze or invisibility spell for my spam attack 2nd reason: overgrowth spell doesn't give you to attack the building that has been disabled unlike freeze it will disable then your troops can attack it without a problem and the invisibility gives your troops untargetable for a few seconds.

Thank God you didn't just double the radius of the invisibility and freeze thank youu

enjoy it while it last. game is so broken. in legends and not even half maxed out at 15 offensively but it's easy to 3stars th16s in less than 2 minutes. they gonna nerf this ridiculously. i see less coverage, less time effect and 3 spaces.
