Brown argues news outlets are focusing too much on the spectacle, and not enough on the substance of the student protesters' demands. Anyone thinking these protests are helping the world in any way are completely lost
There has been little coverage of what each campuses’ protesters were demanding, and how the college responded with negotiation. Some colleges negotiated agreements with protesters who took tents down. I wish there was more coverage of the demands and negotiations.
