Is The Kilos Gear Grandpeak High Back Chair Our New Favorite?

Ойын-сауық

If you watched us head out west you'll know that we LOVED our previous Kilos Gear Chairs because of their packability and the foot stool feature.
That first chair wasn't perfect for me because of my height and size but it still worked very well but with the NEW Grandpeak High Back Chair all of that has changed!
This thing supports 350lbs and is much taller and wider but one of the best benefits is how much easier it is to set up and the little footstool is AMAZING!
Check it out and let us know what you think: kilosgear.com/products/grandp...

Thanks for the demo! Saw this before I ordered my chair. Just put mine together watching again. Your video is actually better than the manufacture's website. Thanks again!

Thanks so much guys for producing this video. We were at a total loss how to assemble and we now regret not buying the footstool!

Thanks for the demo. This made it easy for me to decide which one to go for. It looks like the Grandpeak for me. Cheers. 👍

I have both got the grand on release months ago. I’m 6ft6 265lbs. The new one is bigger more wiggle room but!!! And it’s a bit but the arm rests are shite on the new one and when you have big long heavy arms you need an arm rest that works. The older chair for me I really like it it hugs you well which I find really takes the weight of your lower back. I can sit in it for hrs with no complaints. The grand needs a 2.0 with proper arm rests to get my vote over the previous model.

Yeah I think the arms would be my only complaint so far but still I think the basket of this chair is more comfortable, especially when reclined.

Thinking I will spring for this one! Lots of new features and I’m liking that frame better in the X pattern. Didn’t think the foot rest was necessary but for an extra little table it’s an easy add. Oh, that case design even looks super!

What is the weight of the chair and and legs without the carrying bags? I'm a backpacking hiker and weight is all important to us!!

This chair is probably too big for backpacking. It weighs 4.8lbs. Thanks for watching

Thanks for a great review on a camp chair that looks like someone over 6'/250# can sit in without worrying about having it collapse and a sharp aluminum pole stick you in the ass.

You should click the spring pin into the chair so is not coming out when you adjusting the legs height!
