Is the earth flat or round? Lets find out! Gofundme

I believe the earth is round. I have no reason to not believe it is round. But, I have been taught to question everything and I think it would be fun to find out for myself. I have 6 different project ideas that I want to use to see for myself if the earth is flat or round.
I don't need the money and I don't promise anything. If you want to see these projects possibly come to fruition, send me a few dollars. If you don't want to see these projects then don't send me money and don't bother watching the videos.
I doubt this will work but I figure you only really fail when you don't try.

    1. there are plenty non fisheye lens high alt balloons that show no curve, and its looking very flat. 2. High altitude flight is 72,000ft and not high enough to see curvature. 3. Space X rockets as well as NASA arc off into the ocean. Plenty videos showing this. 4. You would be shot down as soon as you are past around 62-66 degrees 5. What you need to do is find a calm body of water that is a few miles long, longer is better. Calm ocean works, but they are not always so calm. Then you need a 600mm zoom lens and a decent camera so you can record all this and replay your footage to observe. And then you need subjects in the water that either go away from you or are stationary in different distances, like oil platforms, or what have you. Then trying different times of day (See Sky Free channel for best advice on this. Yes this stuff is not so simple, and there are numerous things involved to be scientific and objective). Once you have some ideas of atmospheric condition affects, you can get camera, lens and tripod to go to the shore as close to water level as possible, and test for how far you can see over level water. Keep in mind that due to foreshortening, even the slightest ripple or wave closer to the observer (you) will be magnified in our perspective and block what you see. Much like how your finger close to your face will block large areas, vs finger far away from face. So once you do have a decent condition of variables, you will easily see how you see way too far for the earth curve to try and fit your observation. People have measured, AND recorded their findings in differences of over 100X the size needed to be fitting a ball model. The only excuse given for this from the mainstream science is "refraction". This is tested with sugar added to tank by globe believing enthusiasts, yet they only confirmed that such refraction refracts down, and line of sight laser does still hit the subject that is supposed to be blocked by curve. And if you get lucky enough to debunk the #1 Reason SCIENCE claims the ball earth....and that is due to boats disappearing from bottom up (Sky Free channel will prove this is BS in a single video), you can look at ships going away from you at different zoom lengths and each time, from naked eye, then 120mm focal length or so, and so on, you will get the boat to reappear. Until you run out of zoom in your lens. SO it is NOT the boat disappearing, it is our perspective vision of converging lines...Just like street lights getting smaller as they are further down the street. I think you would like JTolan Media 1 channel as well. He has some interesting tests he shares. Hope this is helpful to you. But I read a post with a title mentioning to trust the gov. LOL. so I dont have a lot of hope for your intelligence. But you make a fine teacher of what you believe. unlike reality. I do hope I am wrong and you can prove otherwise. Or have actual evidence and proof to at least backup what you want to think is real.

Most lenses do have distortion and will create a curved effect. SO they are not wrong in making this claim. You cell camera is not a fisheye lens, but it will have distortion that curves a horizontal line. Lenses in the about 45mm and up have less distortion, lenses considered starting to be "normal" lenses, that see closer to how our field of vision is. Even those can have little distortion. As for high altitude balloons, most of those are wide angle lenses, or GoPro or Fisheye. There is PLENTY of these videos with a very flat earth showing in high altitude balloons using low distortion lenses. So you just need to find some good flat earth channels that post such videos. Then you can see how flat it is. Too bad youtube searches will not get you the real cahnnels..You will get hit pieces of it..Hence your comment. Amazing how censorship works.

@@curtis52285 Flat earthers dont claim NASA faked it "all". This is a very broad and oddly general claim. NASA themselves ADMIT that all the images of earth are indeed montages, CGI fake images of earth. As Robert SImmon a NASA contractor admits they are over 400 or so images stitched together, then wrapped on a ball, and then clouds and such were all used to make the Bluer Marble, as well as other images. What over 40% of people, and more so in other countries is express that they think the moon landings were faked. This is the only image that NASA claims is a real photo of earth, when they claimed they are 130K miles up. This was PROVEN to be a lie by a whistle blower footage released to Bart Sibrel. He includes the footage of them faking it in his video "Funny Thing happened on the Way to the Moon". And the reason most people are waking up and more than ever people do not believe the landings is because we have so many people who have cameras and understand natural 1 source sunlight light vs multiple light sources as we see in photos of the moon landings. When you use a rectilinear lens, you cannot get a single sun light source to create perpendicular shadows. This is just not real. We can do this with artificial light sources, like light bulbs, and studio lights and such. So flat earthers are not arguing it, they are simply pointing out to you that NASA is NOT claiming those earth images as real. Not even the Russian image, as they admit it is a CGI image. And as far as Himawari sat, that too is a composite formed image, as it has been proven to be taking layers of clouds and patching them repeatedly and there are glitches where you can see the separate content. I think Jeranism covers that well. At least his older videos were more on point vs his more entertainment driven content. Knowing is the enemy of belief, and testing yourself is what changes this. But you do need to have some basic understandings of thing out of the way first, and use the scientific method with high precision.

Good luck trying to convince them. We can't see the coriollis effect from the rotation of the earth with our eyes. The only way we see it is through satellites and a flat earther would argue that those satellite images are fake. Made by those who control what we think.

@@curtis52285 the fun in that is the simplicity. Imagine you hire a tile guy to set tiles on your floors, and he tells you that your floor is off level and needs to be leveled, and his reasoning for it is due to the ceiling lighting. LOL, thats when you should be kicking the guy out of the house! 🙂 That is your tile guy if you are looking up to the sky to know if your floor is level or not. In this case, you just need clam waters.
