I’ve watched tons of photography channels. Now, finally yours is the less elite, ostentatious one. No mumbo-jumbo. No esoteric tech bs. Very cool.

that's the first birding setup i used, and it worked great within its range. unfortunately most birds don't let you get in that range very often.

I just got this camera. I found out pretty quickly i would need another lens other than the 18-55mm. I'm totally new to photography... but some people on youtube told me to get the 55-250mm lens for birding. That is mostly what i want to take photos of.. Maybe i can pick up some tips from your channel :-)

I’m aware that I’m a year late, but in my opinion you should save for the sigma 150-600. It’s by far the best budget wildlife photography lens. While its a great lens, the 250 range on the 55-250 wont be enough for bird photography.

@@FallingPenguin Ah, yes.. thanks for the advice. I did buy the 55-250 and i found that isn't sufficiant for birding either, you're right. Now i know i need a 600mm lens. I will check out the Sigma.. bc the other 600mm are pretty expensive!

Another great choice is Tamron 150-600 G2. I was lucky enough to score one for 700 on the used market. Im using it on my T7. Great results so far. Happy birding
