The problem with arena war isn't that it's not fun. It doesn't come close to paying off for how expensive the vehicles are. And the AP points take too much time to level up. Another great concept by R* with terrible execution

I think the worst part about the gamemode is some of the modes like carnage that are focused on eliminations are pretty unfair if you don't have/can't afford to weaponise your own vehicle to use. And if new players are getting stomped, the queue times will just stay as bad as they already are.

I've been playing arena wars on and off for years. It feels like twisted metal a series i adore. It's also an extremely fun way to earn money, win or lose when taking a break from heists.

Agreed !!! We need a petition. Please RockStar, buff the Arena War AP grind so we can earn way way way more AP. Nurf the sponsorship levels. I am willing to pay 6 to 10 million for the specialized vehicles like the clown van and the space docker if behind a paywall I don't mind. Just fix Arena war, how dare u continually neglect it for 3x AP and Money every time? They keep giving 3 x ans 2 x rp for many many other jobs and modes and challenges but they completely abandoned Arena war. Weaponized vehicles is the only reason I am on gta. I continue care about realistic anything. I love the open world and trolling npcs non stop with my vigilante for instance. I love grinding Arena Wars. But for heaven Khrist all Mightful make AP and sponsorship levels way way more attainable please !!!!!!

Legit one of my favourite updates in the game tbh.

Arena War was an awesome update. The problem with it was how expensive it is. You have the option to buy Arena War vehicles that are already modified so it's basically buy and go. Problem is that they cost alot of money. A Nightmare variant Cerberus for instance is around 3.3 million dollars and outside of Arena War you'll probably never be using this vehicle so you got a 3 mil vehicle sitting in your garage collecting dust. Second problem are the trade prices. From what i remember, apart from unlockable cars like the space docker and custom taxi, things like clothing items and vehicle trade prices are completely random. You could be playing Arena War for a very long time and still not see a unlocked trade price. Not to mention that, because the DLC is so expensive, those who have hundreds of millions of dollars have a big unfair advantage over those who can't afford anything. The game modes themselfes are alot of fun but the vehicles, and perhaps every item from the update all together, were poorly implomented.

Yes , Arena War can be fun.... when you cab afford an Arena Workshop + ZR380 + Sasquatch + Deathbike you are good equiped for all gamemodes... too bad most GTA-YT-ers seem to "hate" it because it won't make you rich

It's fun but so expensive to get started.

I love it.

I hate pvp parts of this game. I just like to drive do missions and fuck around. But pvp stuff gets anoying

The bad thing of arena: Most players are noobs and some are pro this combination= boring gameplay Alot of time waiting in loading screens or waiting players to get ready

By ranking up in Arena... every higher Tier level you unlock something... but there are 1000 Tiers and what you get is totally random

It's just the fact that people using the death bike always win like wtf
