Interesting! I must have got lucky. The set impressed me but did show signs of a weaker set. The design ended up being what was worth it!

I bought the Miniature Building Blocks, SLR Digital Camera from Temu for $19.96 Australian and it looks really good but some of the bricks are tiny and with my adult hands were a pain I love the other retro build they have there on the sight and I have another couple of sets ordered one is another retro style camera and the other one is a little retro type typewritter

Hey! Just had a look at the build and it does look really nice. I’ve built some mini Lego on the channel before and it was definitely a pain! I love how wide Temu can be, they have Lego compatible builds like the one in this video but also more detailed mini Lego builds. Thanks for watching! :)

I just purchased the CADA Underground Station from AliExpress and I’ve purchased from Temu previously. As I’ve said previously, I have no problems with alternative brick companies nor buying direct copies of retired modulars. The underground set came with lighting, but it requires being plugged into a usb port or a usb plug and I couldn’t be asked! Your cafe looks great… happy days!

@@BallisticBricks42 the only downside is that, unless you use MILS plates for your modulars, the front is too high to fit with regular baseplates. I converted the front of my version to shallow steps. But, the plate it comes with is still too thick, as it’s a regular plate not a baseplate. I’ll look at changing that too..

@@RobinHullBuilds some off brand sets do follow that pattern I’ve noticed. Some can be easily adjusted like you say, but something to take note of when building

has anyone tested 16x16 stud plates from temu? need to mils plate and will be 100s from lego

If you’re mils plating it, they will probably do just fine, maybe check AliExpress too.

If people was to see the bricks they would think it was Lego, it’s just an alternative even though it’s not official Lego
