sir in swam course here charge 1000 rupees for examination fee, supposed I pay 1000 rupees for swam courses examination fee. is I am able to get certificate (yesor no)? and supposed when I didn't pay 1000 rupees , in this time is I am didn't able to get certificate????😢 my doubt about this

If you miss the Exam, you need to register for the Course once again next time before attempting for the Exam second time.
