If you see 8.16 the question fans are asking is "are Sumellika just friends or thay are into relationship?".For some reason Sumedh is not opening up and may not open up as well.But people in Swastik who are in friend circle and close to them must be knowing their relationship. Sidharth sir is one among them. Sid_Kannan sir had asked if they are just friends?" While answering Sidharth sir became so involved that he spoke "They are pure towards their relationship" and Javed Sir caught it. Also at the end what he said is at 11.06 "mainne manbaliya aur kuchh jyada bol diya" so overall it indicate they are in relationship but due to some genuine reason not opening up.
