Hm... I honestly don't know if you can directly compare the two since there are different genres of game. That being said there are several things I can say HSR does objectively better. Namely, end game content (at least so far) and generosity. Compared to Genshin, HSR might as well be Santa to their Grinch. Idk what the Genshin teams aversion to giving their players anything besides the bare minimum for free is but they really need to change that attitude. I'm not saying they need to shower their players with free stuff constantly but the HSR team just made them look like a complete joke in the last patch. Free 5 star character that was actually good, and 20 free pulls, for the version 2.0 update! Genshin gave us 10 pulls for the 1 year anniversary of the game after it netted over 2 billion dollars that year. So yeah...

Well no one is a action adventure story based explroation game the other is turns based story game. Genshin and honkai are just two very diffrent games, genshin is a slow burn going for more melancholic vibe when star rail is action and fast progress

Thats pretty vague when it comes to lore and gameplay one is space science fiction the other is medieval mythology one is a turn based rpg the other is an open world action rpg
