I wouldn’t do that unless my pecker hung below my knees and weighed 10lbs. Every time someone asked if I was compensating I’d hit em in the forehead with it.

Worth mentioning is that wide tires don't perform very well in mud, but then again most people who do this to their trucks don't leave the pavement.

depends in deeper mud they do better cuz they float. i have 12 inch wide duratracs on my jeep and they're great in the snow but sometimes the stockers would have a little more traction I'm sure because they sink to the bottom but for the deep snow you can't beat them

You can buff your windows out and polish them up with fine steel wool. Makes them look good and new. And if you ever wanna do the fish bowl look “no tint” you’d use fine steel wool to polish the window to a shine.

Always had lifted trucks, just traded in my 05 Ram on 38’s. I’m happy to say I’m done, my 2017 Ram is staying stock. I always overlooked the negatives because it looks so cool but at 50 I’m going for comfort and dependability. Thanks for the video, my trucks always had scratched side windows it drove me nuts.

I haven’t had any issues with the police over my truck thankfully here in Colorado. Probably because there are a lot of lifted and modified Jeeps and trucks on the road so it’s kind of a lifestyle out here with all the 4WD trails and such.

I agree there are negatives. I hate how my 24x14s threw so much stuff up to my window belt trim. My front 2 windows are dickered to hell and back now. Nice duramax! I usually do not like that color but this one looks tasty 👍🏻

Hey bro. A guy with red Duramax on here has same issues. Can't remember his name. Video starts at a car wash. He complained of same things. Im old school and drive an escalade. Your truck is nice as hell love the color. I'd jus be devastated over the rock chips. Expensive re spray..i say no way! U can buy wheels tires daily but paint not so easy! I live in Washington state, state law no straight pipe, no stance but my dad has been driving his 06 ram 2500 cummins for almost 4 years, it's also straight pipe with some stance and the cops never care about it

2002 ram with -24 and wheel spacers so like a -44 now might get -44 with adapters next time just run these for a few but love ur truck!!!

Yea I’m in NYC and cops do not care one bit about my stance. I’ve even gotten thumbs up by a cop before, they’re really strict towards the lowered guys.

I have 285/70R17 on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd and I was curious with how much will lifting my truck 3" do to my gas mileage

I've been thinking of getting negative Wheels but 22x16 I wonder how worse and how more expensive it would be vs 14 wides. And I live in Oklahoma where there's none of that rules

My cousin lives in Alabama and he has a 6 inch lift with 22x14’s and 2 inch spacers. No fender flares though and he’s never been pulled over.

Up north from me n NC u cannot have a tire that can't be covered by a general flare due to rocks and mud flying

Were you ticketed in any of the state's?

Are you running any spacers ?

One thing to consider is all the money it takes to upgrade suspension in a way that it wont wear out quickly due to the large wheels and tires. But if money is no issue go for it.

The cops don’t mess with us in Florida I’m waiting on my 24x14 to get here ..got 24x12 on it now...If it would stay out of the shop I would be happy new 2017 Ford F-250....I know you hate fords.lol...This is the only Ford I’ve had a issue with ..great. Video again
