If this administration rams through its spending bill along with the infrastructure bill which they are currently fighting about internally within the DNC we could certainly be there. 2030 I believe is when social security will be bankrupt

you'll recieve your social security check no matter what,its written into law,only problem is the numbers on the amount won't buy squat,that is hyperinflation right in your face,and saying it is good as gold,no its not,its all printed nothingness,when everybody says they won't accept it anymore,its time for a gold backed instrument that will be the new currency,you can't or shouldn't walk around with big coins due to tearing your pockets up,revaluing them even brings on more currency do to amounts,none the less,peoples labor is worth an amount,and sweat should be valuable-------i lived in the gold backed era,you'll like it,it does however shake out the fleas

The gold price smack down was one $4 billion sell order on the comex at 1AM London time. It was a criminal move but no one seems to care. Then Palantir makes a $50 million gold purchase. Seems planned to me. The paper market has its' manipulated ups and downs but the fundamentals never change. Tim is my favorite coin dealer of all the dealers online. Thanks!

You have to hold it. You won't be allowed to buy it if it breaks out, whether it's the government that suspends trading except to their designated buyers or the dealers themselves canceling your order.

Xiden has increased oil prices, then he wanted them to go down, begging the Saudis to increase production? I got bad news for you, the Saudis said no!

It’s insane out there. Property that I rent in a super rough area is going for triple digits. I almost feel bad for selling it since I know this isn’t fair. Is what it is, I educate people who ask how homes are going for so much that it’s purely about policies that you don’t even get to vote for.

I don't stack as an investment. I stack as I expect a decent appreciation over the next decade and I want something off the grid for a rainy day with no counterparty risk. Everything can and will be hacked eventually so I think it's just a matter of time until my bank goes down.

If you're looking to turn a profit off of precious metals, then physical gold and silver are not for you. Precious metals are monetary insurance. They're meant to preserve your purchasing power over large tracts of time. Just as Tim said, if you're looking for returns on your investment/profits, there're better investments for generating cash-income.

Keeping some smaller denomination silver rounds will go a long way for barter.

Palantir just bought 50mil in physical gold as stated in their quarterlies........ That's a BIG deal.

I saw that! Pretty interesting.

Ditched silver it won't go anywhere in my lifetime not far off retirement I'm going with gold.

Well, I bought gold for clients for around 300 an ounce. It hedged them perfectly several times since then. That didn’t keep them from complaining about it endlessly whenever the market was high flying.

The biggest problem/challenge I'm having is coming up with enough cash to buy more silver. I'd love to have a few bricks of $100 bill's to turn into metals right about now but it is what it is! I'll still be getting a little constitutional when I can...great video and, as always, great information from Tim and you, Yankee! Also, I really enjoyed your prayer video time with you and Mrs. Yankee...God bless you both!

You can stack copper pennies for free.

I’m so happy I listened to people like Rick Rule before I started buying silver. He prepared me for the big drops, that “the biggest one day moves are down” and “never buy a stock that you wouldn’t be happy to see drop by 30%”. I started buying in May of last year, shortly after things started really going to heck.

I actually think Silver is both a good investment and good wealth preservation given the current state of our global financial system. The “good investment“ part is a bonus, not what I am pursuing, but a bonus.

Fully agree with Tim here. I have a decent amount of silver for hedging purposes, NEVER an investment. Hedging for financial calamity. Equities over any 3+ years period have been superior investments for decades.

When Silver Eagles were first being minted I bought some at my local bank for $8.00 to give to my nephews & nieces as birthday presents. I was not even a stacker back then. I missed that boat.

Silver Eagles first came out in 1986. Back in 1986 100 dollars would be worth almost 250 dollars today.

I’ve been stacking, even before I knew the meaning of the word “stacking”, since 1974. Not discouraged because we were able to purchase additional farmland with in 1982. Then came many years were both Gold and Silver were in a sideways channel. We decided to continue slowly using those again many years to continue stacking from 1983 to 2001. We bartered another property due to rapid rise in again Silver & Gold. Again slowly started stacking only to barter again another real estate property. It was never our intention to make money as hard as it is to believe. We are retired Midwestern and see today terrible times coming for my family. We see only Gold and Silver as the only safety both in retirement and in savings. We followed our own advice by buying long term maybe ten(s) of years. We thank God for instilling in us a belief that perhaps we can save us and our family.

I am hoping for silver to go below 20. I will still be buying even more. Low price is a gift

Silver has already gone up, its double the lows we hit in March last year. With a production cost of only around $12USD I dont understand why so many bulls keep saying silver is cheap now!! In fact its already fairly valued if not expensive if we look at production costs. Just like oil is around $20SUSD to produce and $40USD for fracking companies, the current oil price is pretty fair too!

I stack for all these practical reasons I'm reading in the comments but I stack mostly because I'm fascinated with silver coins and especially Morgan silver dollars. The sound. The look. The feel. The nuances of grading. The history. The excitement of looking for and finding a great deal on a great coin then adding it to your pile. It's the aesthetics that drive me to stack. All the other practical reasons for stacking silver to me is just icing on the cake. 👍💰

True value of silver like everything else in the world is whatever someone is willing to pay for it . "your true value" may never appear but that is subjective not objective

In my opinion silver and gold are an excellent way to protect whatever wealth that you have, but really shouldn’t be viewed as an “investment”. I don’t expect necessarily to make a profit off of it, but I am sure that I won’t lose the money that I put into it. It is a great way to store your wealth.

I always thumbs up these videos right after clicking because I know I am going to learn something and have a laugh and I don't want to forget!

I started stacking only 4 years ago and at $30 silver was double the price I bought most of it for. Still a nice gain from $15 to $25. I don't understand how stackers are unhappy right now.

A low price is a gift! Buying silver is not to be likened to a wall street investment. It is to be used as a foundation of wealth. Having as much silver as possible gives me peace of mind. It has been a store of wealth for over 6,000 years.

YS, You and Tim should do a weekly show together, man it would be a hit for sure, he’s very interesting and knowledgeable not only on precious metals but on the history of the monetary system 👈🏼🪙 you should ask him to collaborate with you I’m sure he’d like that , great videos yankee👍🏼🍻

You're fortunate to have a dealer/friend like Tim. If you're lucky with timing there are money making opportunities. As recently as 2016 silver was $13ish an oz .....wish I bought a thousand of them to flip

I'm in a small town only know a handful of guys into silver and I trade small stuff for silver from them, but one guy traded some silver for a truck. I'm holding onto some ammo to trade to them later, etc.

I found Tim through you. I stay in Maine for the summers and decided perhaps N.H. would be a good idea. I have a private road which doesn't show up on certain maps. The short of the long.....Tim is amazing and went above board to make sure I got delivery. Thanks Tim!

I'm 22 and started stacking at 21 and seeing the way things are going I'm not going to stop anytime soon, as long as I can afford to drop $200 hear and there I'll keep buying

Im only bummed out at the price of silver because I swore to pay off all my bills before I bought more silver. Figures that its lower than normal! Got to continue to focus on long term and not worry about it.

The trugh is, there are 2 distinct views. Yes, precious metals like silver, and gold will eventually prove to be a reliable store of value after a currency collapse. The other significant view is, silver has a very broad utility. In years to come silver will be a vital component in the push for renewable energy venues. Silver has a significant role solar panel technology. Its use in medical technology is significant, and many other applications as well.

These "stackers" need to stop looking at "$" value. If you look at the value of these metals. Compared to the Day they were untethered. August 15 1971. Gold 35$ silver 5$. Look at it in relative terms. This is not the value of the metal going up. It's the value of the currency going down. The rigging of the prices will continue until it doesn't. And when it doesn't it will be too late to get in. These prices are a subsidy. They should be thanking the comex

On top of silver manipulation, all the lcs around my area is charging %20plus for premiums just for generics. This is the only investment I know with such depreciation. The math just doesn't make sense anymore to invest in silver.

it's stacker discouragement because the premiums are REDICULOUSLY HIGH. $23-25 spot but the dealers are still charging $35-36 a one ounce coin. That's outrageous which is why i'm buying bars right now.

Just started staking this whole downturn …. Very happy silver is dropping more silver is better unless you have 10,000 ounces you absolutely want a drop … accumulation is the key

Hey I have a bunch of those 1/2 oz. Canadian coins. Bought them when they were cheap. I am still buying. I will not quit until I take my last breath.

My stack is my retirement savings. Where else can I buy and hold my savings as a hard asset without property taxes, upkeep etc? Am I worried? Sure. Am I glad to have the option of holding my retirement savings as physical gold & silver? Absolutely!

I'm only a three month old stacker, but well on my way. My coins, bars, and rounds are insurance along with 2 years of food, guns & ammo, and necessities. Working to be as independent as possible from the system.

This is a first. Unless I misunderstood him, Tim was wrong in one area. The price isn't set between the US Mint and the wholesalers, it's set by the wholesalers. The US Mint charges a bit over $2 per silver eagle (the last I knew it was $2.15, but that may have changed slightly). That Yes, that means that the ones making all the money right now are the APMEXs of the world. When other companies get the eagles they've had to pay the APMEX mark up and that's where the prices really increase. The bottom line is the same for us, but it's important to know who's making the money here... and it's not the US Mint.

Constitutional silver I think is really the best thing to buy as much as you can especially with the dollar collapse being imminent. We have to remember that there are many people out there who don't know what we know and they're not going to accept something if they themselves don't think it has value

Good advice about investing but I doubt silver will ever be a barter currency , currencies can and are revalued. The Dollar has had at least 2 iterations the gold standard dollar and the fiat standard dollar

Was silver a good buy while it was high though... I don't think it was a good buy for myself since January. I sold Feb 1st at the peak! I am very happy with silver. It's all about perspective and looking at the asset from every perspective objectively and not looking for specific answers to fit the narrative you want
