@@jordanstallings4502 yeah that’s the plan atm. It’s just annoying not having her for so long. Save the tokens for Elsa/snowguard as those two and ravonna are realistically the only three cards I don’t own I care about. Pixie/proxima/cannonball also I wouldn’t mind having but the other 5 meh. Echo/sage/us agent/modok/Daken being the others. Discard has never been a priority if that wasn’t apparent lol

@@meltdown4126 it doesn’t refresh every time you open the game. It refreshes every 7 hours. 3pm,11pm,6am for me. I also have had cards pinned for stretches so would’ve missed her during those instances as ravonna only recently became my primary target.

Man this is a really fun deck that’s quite good. I played it just to unlock the weekend bonuses, but ive just been racking up wins and cubes with it. Bout to take it to Conquest. Thank you Regis!

Enjoy it while you can, there are a lot of fun decks that you can play now, that just aren't viable after 3k+ cl. I used to get infinite easy, but now I get stuck in the 80s every month.

I just wanted to say that I appreciated your commentary on the Leech buffs. It really doesn't make much sense why they would change him right before they release a ton of new On Reveal cards.

A fun way to use this deck is that you play the 3 drops first like sage or iron heart and build the combo line there like normal so you can reactivate the 3 drop later with Odin I did that alot

I like this deck. I made a very similar deck on day 1. Few cards different, but same idea. I was winning a good amount and even beat a couple Leech gamers that snapped after Leeching me. lol. It's a fun deck, but I've since just moved on to other decks. I bounce around a lot. Might come back to it for weekend missions.

9:06 "everybody is tech tech tech tech tech!" Literally just went against a dude yesterday named Tech God and he was true to his name Only Tech Cards were played not a single strategy in sight. I saw Killmonger, Leech, Cosmo, Armor, Shadow King, Legion, and Shang Chi.

The first thing I thought when I saw you go into the deck breakdown was Patriot could be good here, not for the Tigers but for Leech. Bad thought in general but kinda sums up where Leech is lurking in my head right now.

FYI, I almost took your Legion spam deck to infinite. Hit 95, but it kept bouncing between 93 and 95, so after 40+ games of doing that, I had to switch decks. But it was fun

Tried to build a Mister Negative deck wtih Wong, Mystique, Magik and Onslaught. Followed by Sage and Task Master. Its quite devastating. Sage often goes up to around 20-30, and if everything goes well I could easily reach a 80 power 0-cost Sage followed by a 0-cost Taskmaster. 160 power spread in one only turn, quite fun !

It's so wild that Snap's meta seems to be on a delay of 1-4 months for cards to really find their niche. Remember when Ravonna was the LEAST hyped card of the season???

Yea. Never understood the people giving Cannonball anything but a great review. Decent power for 5 cost, and a great ability! Being able to destroy the highest power card, even if it's below 10 power, is fantastic! He's one of my favorite cards in my most played Prof X deck.

The data on sage is weird to me because she's felt amazing to me so far. I've been loving her in surfer and gave a great win rate

Maybe what makes Sage hard to play effectively is the fact that you need your opponent to play several cards in a single location for her to be powerful. That rarely happens at turn 3 when you can play her. Maybe she would work well in a junk deck that does that work for you and play her on turn 5 or 6.

2 weeks down 4 spotlights open and no featured cards. Looks like it's going to be another season like "thunderbolts". Still hate whenever I get beat by a red hulk or cannonball.

I've been playing Sage in a Surfer list, and she's felt quite strong. Although, as you mentioned, Leech wrecks her (and that deck in general, unfotunately)

i know you think sera control decks are boring but i play sage in one and she's basically another gladiator without the downside (at least that's how i view her), ghost 3 ms marvel 4 sera 5 and then turn 6 pop off with tech and high efficiency like maximus gladiator sage

I think the text on sage also just sells herself really badly. Even if it works most of the time when you read it it feels like to complicated of a condition especially if you’re saving resources.

I feel like every deck I play right now gets countered by matchmaking every time. As soon as I got into Omega its like I can't buy a win no matter what cheap, cheesy, sweaty deck I pull out from the depths of untapped

Yeah I would really like to see how they do the matchmaking because it really seems like they either throw you against someone who is your exact counter or against someone you counter at least until infinite I guess I don't know if it's the same up there but before that point the matchmaking is very weird

I don’t understand how you guys don’t understand how Sage works. Every different cost card that’s in her location gives her plus two. For example: if you and the opponent have 7 different cards in one location and Sage is the last card, that’s plus 14 to the Sage. If you hover with the card over the location you can see the cards that qualify.

leech is polarizing to play against...definitely needs a readjustment

The data is messed up because people are throwing her in everything for the mission.. Pretty simple.

I think decks like ultron and Phoenix end up having ways to win without their on reveals. Surfer, on reveal combo decks, and bounce rely more on their on reveals. Surfer has surfer, of course, mr. Negative had mr. Negative, bounce has beast and hit monkey and falcon, etc. plus, sage is a 0 power card; things like cannonball are still 8 power even if their on reveals are removed.

Patriot Ultron is surprisingly a decent deck to counter Leech as the removal of texts I believe makes them eligible to gain the bonus from Patriot.

Phoenix force needs phoenix on turn 4 generally, and can win with multiple man, or one lane with phoenix and one with other stuff. The main win condition either doesn’t care about leech or needs to come down before it can activate.

@@kennethxu1789 Agree with Ultron, but PF gets destroyed by Leech if you don't do Multiple Man + Phoenix on curve, which doesn't happen as often. It's very likely you won't be able to play Shuri > Nimrod or Torch > Zola. I run Shang in my PF deck and obviously it ends up dead too.

I think sage is great in negative and ravonna decks. Bounce is sub par from my experience but I see people promoting that deck for sage. She’s very fun.

But Regis u said the downfall of the card all u need is Cosmo cannball and I'm saving for squatch lol p.s hate cards that's to easy to counter

Yea, the Leech buff is a horrible thing for the game. But Blink $ell$ the SP. The other season's cards are "free".

Sage is a good card. I've won so many games w her on turn 6. She wins you a lane on her own even before you play your Surfer, so that's huge. But yes, Leech is the problem.

Try to play this against guys in the top 5k. You might not win a single game. Leech is everywhere.

Sage’s text makes no sense… the way it’s written she should just be a worse Wolfsbane. It says “here” as in this location, not the entire board

Overall problem seems to be the extra element of having to depend on your opps board staying the same. There are too many factors that can change a board state and make Sage's power go down exponentially AND survive Leech, clutter, Magnus, Cosmo, LDS, etc. Just has too many points of failure to play in an unstable meta.
