Never spent a dime or cheated. Just grinded and slowly grew but now my son thinks I should give him my account as apparently “I’m OP” and “literally have every good Uber”

Buying returner mode will give you less rare tickets and also way less xp, but you get eoc 1, 2 and, 3 COMPLETLEY finished. So it is only usefull for monthly missions for some xp. And Ponos gets almost 1 us dollar. Seems pretty balanced to me.

Pretty balanced is honestly an understatement,but its personal reasoning,i was lucky and pretty much got carried in itf and halfway through sol players should think about the resources they have to put back to get all treasures in eoc,you can argue that you get a good ammount of leadership but if you gotta wait for a treasure fest and waste leadership and pray you get a gold treasure and hope you can do at least 7 stages in 1 leadership then honestly id rather pay a buck,new players though,i recommend that they read tactics and such to progress,because new players usually waste the dollar and try and use the cats to beat difficult stages and get demolished(thinking back when i used to try and beat cyclones with the starters)

I would legit cry a bit. Started 4 or so new games in the past and in my 5th I just finished UL amd have over 10k user rank with 291 total units of which, some are the best in game and TONS are collab units I could probably never get again (ie night oracle rei which has surge immune making it VERY good in current aku meta)

I'll argue that you should never buy the returner mode. The fact that people have to "return" is solely because of the Battle Cats' shitty save system cause people to lose progress. Therefore, by purchasing this deal you only incentivize Ponos to not implement better save system.

If you're going into returner mode you should already know what you should be doing If you actually do know what you're doing And have no problem progressing through the game then you just saved yourself a shit ton of time from not needing to grind treasures

for anyone lazy enough to go to his other video to check, the stuck cycle is basically a cycle where you progress too quickly into sol and reach a point where your cats arent high-levelled enough for the stages, causing you to need to spend a good amount of time boosting them while being stuck on that part of sol as well, and the same thing basically happens again if you progress too fast which just causes you to get stuck again, making some players quit the game

Another problem is that you only get 1 rare ticket! I think you get like 8 to 7 tickets throughout empire of cats chapter 1. It's really not worth it and you should not get it.

My opinion on returner mode is if you just have the patience to do eoc 1 you can now get I think like 7 rare tickets sooooo........ One rare ticket in returner mode is just a punch in the face. But doing eoc and getting all the treasures in eoc is really boring so..... it has some good things but if you realise that you could get more by just playing it and not skipping it, it doesn't sound as a good offer.

its a tradeoff. 6 rare tickets , or all treasure. I picked 6 rares and luckily got 3 ubers in chapter one

another thing is power is level 20 which means you have extremely slow recharge speed for your cat cannon, which fucks up some strategies that require level 9 power

If you know what you’re doing (and get lucky with good super rares) then returner mode isn’t a very big setback. Especially if you get ring girl, she’s amazing for XP stages.

I got weightlifter cat, and kotatsu as my first 2 super rares, almost back to back. No good rare cats though. I have a question, are do stages worth doing. I’m still early in the game I have the do trashes maxed. But like 100k xp for 310 energy doesn’t seem worth it. I haven’t played the expert which is around 140k cause it seems to expensive for 420 energy and I’m not sure if I can beat it. But for that amount of energy I could get more from replaying eoc stages.

Funfact: EOC chapter 1 gives 7 rare tickets in between stages and its way better than paying for 1 rare tickets Also: they give leaderships speed ups rich cats cpus sniper radars and cat jobs

Funfact: returner mode will also give every mission reward that you should get if you play through empire normally, and those rare tickets you are saying are from those missions

So for those who don't understand what boogle meant by "grinding rare tickets" basically after you get your power ups (e.g. cat Canon attack, research, study) to +10, the next time you get dupes of those power ups you can trade it for 1/5 of a rare ticket. Which essentially means every 5 dupes you get you get one rare ticket. And the only way to get these powerups is through cat tickets, so adding to boogle's point you MUST grind cat tickets, both to get basic cats to higher levels (especially eraser) AND obtain rare tickets for ubers.

i literally have more than 64 clears on siege of hippoe, forgot the big numbers that i grind in cat ticket chance, and around 30 clears on facing danger, and my normal units is still at lvl 20+-30+ and im at the UL, im indeed stuck at a stage (buoys and gills). its not because we, 2021 players dont know how to grind cat ticket, its just simply we're progressing too fast (i started playing at august 20th 2021).

Returner mode is a scam, you only get 1 rare ticket however if you go through ch1 normally YOU GET 7 RARE TICKETS

Actually, u can get 7 OR 11 because... Number 1. you get 7 if you only try to get rare tickets by beating chapter one of E.O.C, and 11 if you beat the first chapter of EOC AND get 3 rare tickets from go go pogo cat and 1 rare ticket from officers club, ALL FOR FREE. But, Number 2. if you buy returner mode, you only get 1 rare ticket and some cat tickets, and it costs money. So the best option is number 1.

I bought the returner mode and, like the video said, I was stuck. I looked at some KZread videos to see what to do after “completing” EOC and they said to start doing Legend stages. After a couple of days, the game started to become fun, every colab gave me rare tickets, and I was getting lots of exp from the colab stages. I would say, it worked out for me.

@@SBerrioww pretty easy? even my little brother clear it at his first try with some random anti alien units with literally no strategy at all, i'd say its too easy, if the corrupted valk came out as soon as you kill 3 enemies it would be a bit more challenging, same goes to itf chap.3. chap.3 is just about crowd control, ranger attacker, and meatshield. itf chap.3 can be a bit challenging if you dont know how to meatshield and crowd control properly (im not talking about my past self), but overall its still too easy, i was a dumb battle cats player that only uses massive damagers (mostly ubers) with one fairly expensive meatshield with zero crowd controller, but still beat it anyways. yeah ponos should raise the difficulty a bit.

@@SBerrioww wait till you reach cats of the cosmos 2 or 3 (you prob have currently), that is where the real hard stage begins, chap.1 is what i call pretty easy/normal difficulty if you dont have the right unit. have beaten all 3 chapters but still kinda gives me ptsd especially solomon where you can only uses special units and my special units were severely underleveled and in a very low amount because i almost never use them (except bahamut). forced me to grind catfood for special units and weeks upon weeks of grinding just for special units just for solomon and urura (its not like i have to spend 45 catfoods for holy sneeze catgod miracle despite the grind just to beat it).

As someone who recently came back to the game, having previously only ever gotten to itf ch3 and cotc 2, I can say that it's more like having +2 to +3 on all normal cats after getting all superior treasures (on their treasure chance up days) so combining that with the extremely less xp you would get, I can safely say that, although it does save some time, it's definitely not worth it.

Depends on the player. For me I cleared Empire of cats at least 3 times up to now because I never saved my codes. I was sick of going through the boring stages so I bought it. It has been worth it for me because though I never really played past itf2 due to how frequently I played the game, I knew what cats really boost progress (such as ramen and cyborg) and got what I needed to advance past my previous accounts. Into cotc2 now and well into legend stages, it was worth the cheap price to avoid the annoying grinding

I unfortunately fell for this, was doin really bad and wanted to skip ahead of stuff, however I still did good and I have a crap tone of true forms thanks to your info and help on certain stages Thanks boogle!

4:45 you also get all superior treasures so your cats are pretty strong for their low levels.

I agree with this but if u have beat it before it’s better because u also now get quests which can get u hundreds of catfood and a bunch of rare tickets because of the quests

I got lucky with the treasure increase rate which made it so much faster since I didn’t get returner mode

When Tutorial is actually Very Important

Yeah this is great advice for people that new players need and for me because i experience the stuck cycle

I had to restart too and im currently doing a speed run back to my old state, but without the returner thing. Tomorrow its been 3 weeks and i finished chapter 1-3 (eoc) and chapter 1 (itf) aswell as the first 17 subchapters of sol. Today i got the crazed wall cat.

“Most players will have +3 to +5” me on chapter 2 ItF and has +1 on Macho Cat: ._.

I was probably around 1600~ user rank when I lost my 1st phone. I then got a new one and got the returner pack. This was probably 1~2 years ago and I’ve played it on and off ever since. I can say that I did not get stuck on the cycle. I now sit at about 4100 user rank with all crazed cats and about 8 ubers. It’s quite hard to get sick if you have any game sense

EOC 1-3 does not take super long Only problem is EOC 1 and EOC 3 late stages

Yeah, I did returner mode on my current account and it's not been too bad. I got stuck in SOL around musashi, but took a month break just to grind catfruit and xp. Now I'm 4 chapters into UL and have true formed some of the legends. I think I'm good. (Although Bird Cat is only at +14...The rest of the normals are around +20 to +30.)

Mainly , i did bought the returner mode and it was worth getting spended like about 49.00₱ and got back where i am at. Especially , the returner mode gave me a ton of ubers , which i was surprised in the meantime. Returner mode progress : ITF 3

I made a JP account like 6 months before I was planning on having double accounts, got returner mode, and just sent out gamatoto twice a day and logged in every day while playing my EN account regularly

It has not even been released and I already liked :P

can you go back to eoc and pick out stages that drop rewards like japan or eoc 3 in returner mode?

I hate watching people cycle through two lines of cats, it is way faster and easier to have them both on screen at once

On the topic of stuck cycle, am I in it? I’m doing swim meet, I have user rank 3351 and most good gacha units except swimmer and apple. I also have maxed Can Can’s speed talent, Housewife’s SVG blows and Cyberpunk’s slow.

I lost my acc and I had like 4 Ubers and I decided to use the restart pack and it helped but you need to grind legend stages and getting high scores on the future chapter 1. If you do that you will get a Uber very fast.

If you use Return mode, could EOC be replayed - getting full EXP and Cat Food, as if the missions had never been completed before? Or does it handle it as it's all perfectly done, with nothing else to do there? If the former, that's actually a good approach for veterans, as you can quickly replay everything (thus extra EXP) and also have more chances to buy Platinum tickets (that for some of us, didn't even know were that relevant).

Personally, after losing my main and alt account after losing my phone (because my inquiry was on my phone and forgot about to backup my phone iCloud) I decided to do returners. Honestly, the early game was annoying with low levels but I never really got stuck. Mid game though It didn’t make a difference. (Also I got REALLY lucky with Gacha early with darktanyan)

I've played TBC for more than a year, completed SOL and almost UL, so Returner mode helped me a lot. Talking about being stuck, I TF-ed almost all my cats, and now I am just farming cat fruits. I have like 20-30 catfruits of each type and I am way too weak to complete SOL, so I am stuck xD

I came back to the game after years and appreciated returner mode. Took a while to get my basics up though. Beat up to cotc3 without eraser tf.

i used returner mode and i got 4 good ubers, crazed cat, 2 true forms, star ocean beat(first try) and beaten itf ch.2 the great abyss

Cat ticket rng sometimes is such a jerk. I’ve legit got lvl 16 average plus levels on all my basic cats, BUT a level +30 King dragon, and a lvl+EIGHT macho cat. Hes still not TF. Good thing his plus levels dont matter

@@ChickenNugget7 I got manic jams before regular jams. I had a level 43 king dragon then(+23) only other tf was lion and goddamn worthless flying at like just +11 each, and macho cat was LEVEL 20. NOT A SINGLE PLUS LEVEL. Then, i got like a single plus one for him. Got all me manics except lion(no holy valk strat didnt exist so couldnt do him) before i got island, eraser, macho legs, titan, axe. Half my normal cats got their TF’s after i finished their manic stages because the king dragon vacuum. My mohawk got his tf only around SoL 38 or so, i think just before i finished NRF. Eraser got his true form around something like SoL 33-35.(macho cat got his tf nearly 2-3 weeks later than eraser(my 2nd last),despite me farming normal tickets, because RNGesus.)

one time i lost everything in battle cats i had alot of cats then my game got deleted so then i had to try everything again then i got some rare tickets and got good cats. so im saying that you wanna have 1 rare ticket or grind for alot of rare tickets in EOC?

When I started the game I got PaiPai my first 11 roll and Lumina my second. Early to mid game was literally a breeze.

I've got lucky that even tho I bought the returner mode, there was the 750 sale for the God dragon emperors and I got Raiden, ganglion and swimmer cat I think his name is in one draw so I'm good for now till the next one.

if you're playing on your 2nd or 3rd or so playthrough its definitely worth it. Yes its a bit of a setback but going through ALL of eoc and getting every single superior treasure again, doing every stage multiple times is just too time consuming, if you spend the same amount of time grinding after getting returner mode you will have higher level units than if you had played through the game normally

I used to be in the stuck cycle but after returning (after a lot of years) I beat bun bun I went back every anniversary to get the rewards lol

Do you get any of those treasures and do you get all the player points?

i bought returner mode as a brand new player, and havnt bought stuff since, and i never got stuck cycled ever

I think its really worth bcz eoc clear with all superior treasure. Its hard to completed the treasure if you dont have much of leadership lol. Iam a newbie user and i used returner without regret. Now i just try to evolve one by one cats while playing sol and legend stages. Using leadership only for xp stage. But i stack on in to future ch 2 and still trying to collected treasure lmao

I got it and now have 4 fest exclusives, 2 legend rare and over 5600 user rank

I have been only done chapter one and already have a plus 9 s legs cat and I don’t really grind on the game but I stack up normal tickets

I bought the returner pack and oddly never got stuck. I got in at a lucky point with tons of rewards and stuff going on. The most stuck I got was my own issues of not wanting to do anything since "I spent a $1 why should I work?" Now I have Cameraman,Ramen,Seafarer and soon Cyberpunk. I spent a bit of money because I wanted the collab units that came out recently since I thought they looked cool. I also watched guides and got advice from other players instead of being rambunctious and doing it on my own. I am trying real hard for a Eraser cat its more of just RNG until I get 2 more.

Same, and I did take long to progress but I only took long to progress because I didn’t play that much for months until july.

I bought this for my jp save and logged on everyday just to build up a lot of xp, tickets, and cat food, then actually started to play the game. But it sucks if you wanna actually play the game in that time

are we not gonna talk about having to grind the treasures all again

I bought returner mode I got stuck A LOT at the beginning but I did get passed it and I just beat itf ch 3

I find it disturbing of to how similar the first lineup is to the one I had when I just made my account… exact same cats and spots except for the weightlifter cats ( 2 form forgot name )

I've recently lost my account and with previous knowledge and without buying the returner's mode, it only took me 2 months to get to where i am now, being sol 30, cotc 2, almost all outbreaks cleared, and a good few level 40 units

yeah i got returner mode because i had lost my account and didnt play for like a year or two, and i got stuck for a littel for a while and had to kinda stall to get other units, but im mostly okay, rn im a little stuck but i know what i can do i just have to farm treasures in cotc1

My brother lost his old account with Jizo And got returner mode, He didn’t get stuck in the cycle fortunately and he got a legend rare and carried him in ITF

I have bought it but i'm going through all 3 chapters so i can get more xp and also the tips and tricks and stuff

I can never hear trap and not think of astolfo and others anymore

the only bad thing is the cat cannon attack power is level 20 cuz u ganna have the slowest cat cannon recharge speed

What did you mean by "your cats will only be level 20" I have finished chapter 3 moon and half of my cats were level 10, did you mean anything else because I don't get it

I bought returner mode and i now just got awakened bahamut but i was a returner but i did get stuck so i quit for like a year or 2 id say not worth

I used this, the reason is because of treasures (I had like 3 accounts before and I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO FARM THEM (anyways I got shadow gao early on after that... so I don't care about less rare tickets)

So should I get the returner mode? I am a ok ok player and restarted it

I started playing this game again around february 2021 and the last important unit I got was red riding mina, all thanks to not taking the returner mode

Lol after purchasing returner mode I got Takeda Shingen and immediately speedrunning ITF and got A Bahamut before clearing Volkanos Volcano

I started Battle Cats a long fucking time ago. I cleared all the empire chapters, took me a long time tho, and continued on. After a while I realised i couldn't do much. I got stuck on ITF since i got ubercaried till then, but at the later stages my level just wasnt high enough and in legends i also couldnt do much. So i stopped playing for a while and when i picked it up much later, i only played semi active. A gacha here and there with the catfood that bunches up over time and all the tickets and stuff. Last year i started to play more again. I wasn't stuck due to the "under the radar" leveling where i just upgraded my normal cats with the tickets, got a lot more golden tickets just from normal tickets and got a lot extra levels. Its weird what a few years of simply collecting rewards and progressing very slow can do to the powerlevel. Now i have aproached endgame and am happy to finally have stages I am not underleveled for, they are just hard so it is possible
