I'm from Ireland and I live in San Diego now. Obviously Ireland has some very socialist policies and they work well for Ireland. California leans to far to the left for my taste. Anything too extreme is usually bad. I like the idea that Northern Nevada is centrist. I noticed that Nevada elected a Republican governor this last election cycle. We were pleasantly surprised here in San Diego. I don't play favorites on political parties. California is stuck in a state of left-itus that has not served it well. It's nice to see some decision making going on in Nevada instead of just sticking to the same thing every time. When Lombardo was elected, it signaled to all of us in California that the influx of new residents in Clark County, mostly from California, hasn't overwhelmed the ballot box in Nevada. Good news.

My son just relocated from Virginia Beach for a new job with his husky and he is having a hard time finding a place and staying in a B&B which is costing him a lot of money he just needs a rental house for him and his husky but he also has zero credit he has no bad credit no good credit no credit. He has a good job doing air-conditioning and heating. Any advice?

That is tough. If you have a credit card in good standing I’d recommend adding him to the card. It will help the credit situation and potentially help get him into a place. About cut in half. Reno is roughly $52k with San Francisco being $110k.

Work for Bay Area company remotely from NV. That's how to hack the CA state tax ponzi scheme and level up!
I live here n cali, pretty close to cali. But nv drivers are nuts. #1 in fatal car accidents n worst schools in the country. But if u let politics dictate the way u live n breathe n what u do, then ur pretty wack.
