Finally some attention to the Rhodia Meeting Book! It's awesome to write on and I love the layout of the pages to help plan and stay organized. I'm big into the 'analog' way of keeping organized, to the point that any notepads, notebooks, and pens from companies that get sent to us, they get dropped off at my office to use! I'm the paper and fountain pen guy here.

I've tried a lot of software tools but a physical Kanban board (either corkboard or whiteboard) is really the best and most useful for 90% of what you need. Strongly, strongly recommended!

The Lumocolor pens are [chefs kiss]. I've gone through two in the last year writing out entire chapters on my whiteboards and then re-vising those segments as I transfer them to the computer. If anyone is thinking about getting them, they are _perfection_ b/c their tips truly are incredibly fine and their ink wont budge unless you add water. Highly, HIGHLY recommend those.

I didn't know Konban board was a thing. I only knew Trello (the site and app) Gantt chart is something I knew for a long time but by the name "time blocking". It was even required for a few of my classes in University

I really dig the Plotter notebook for project task tracking, their to-do list inserts are great. Would love to be able to pick up my inserts from JetPens with the rest of my stationery tools 😉

Definitely doing GANT charts with washi tape is my favorite

i love the Kokuyo Tack Memo N vertical sticky notes. I use them for running task lists for the week. I use the Hobonichi Accessory - Weekly Calendar for work and its really great to project plan and keep track of meetings. I like the Yamato Sticky Note Tape Roll to make notes for upcoming meeting, its easy to move around. The Yamato Memoc Tape Roll Sticky Notes - Film Type - 7 mm - 4 Color Set is great for gant charts too! i use it alot when im project planning. You can roll out as much as you need. Now i want to try those tapes in the video!

Such a great topic, thanks for this! I think about this all the time. Besides project planning, this is a big question for me when it comes to my personal planning, journalling, and tracking. Hope yall might do a video like this for those practices too! I know that for me it'll end up being some kinda analog/digital mix, but I'm really curious if y'all have strategies and suggestions about this!

A long-time friend of ours is so comitted to doing things on his smart phone....taking notes, making lists. I tell him a little paper notebook & a pen still works great, can be quicker in a variety of ways. I LOVE paper & pens....so it's the way I choose to go. I've watched him painstakingly make an entry on his phone when I KNOW it would have been much quicker & easier to just jot it in a paper notebook.

I really liked the Midori stand memo pad. I have (tried) so many do to list pads, but they always get in the way somehow since they take up quite some space on my desk. A stand pad with a lesser footprint sounds wonderful! Thank you for this and other ideas!

this made me want to really add a general project plan but why isn't there a monthly view whiteboard 😭 I decided on the IDEA booklet but why don't you a numbered washi, I guess it may not work with the different month name length option, but let's say it's just an horizontal layout like a gantt chart that would have been so useful 😭😭 also is there a time schedule for the restock of the harapeko, of course I want the cat and of course it's out of stock 😂 back up ordering to save on shipping is hard...

Thanks for the ideas. And now, I'd like to send you some well-deserved humor. A married couple decided to buy a planner to help them with their exercise goals. One item they used on a frequent basis was an exercise bike. After 6 months, the couple decided to sell the exercise bike. Why? Well, since the bike was "stationary," it "wasn't getting them anywhere" towards their goals. (In other words, they "weren't getting anywhere" with a "stationary" bike. Get it?)
