I think a large part of the pitch was edited where she probably showed that she's legit. That's why neither Mark nor any other shark called her out. Perhaps you also missed it but she said that she is in the middle of a raise, which means she didn't want to devalue the company for the other possible investors that she was conducting negotiations.

She clearly only wanted the marketing and exposure!

She just wanted additional exposure the fact she didn’t want to say what her profit margins were and just used a bunch of business lingo to answer the questions shows she didn’t want to reveal it because is over 50% of her sales are DTC she’s very profitable and the sharks would have been all over it and she would lose profit over a amount of money she can get in a few months

While her self worth is admirable, it will increase the difficulty in scaling the business. Daniel would’ve been an incredible mentor investor to have. Angel investors are her best bet now!

This video came out a month ago, earlier this year in February, nopalera secured 2.5 million in seed funding.
