The question was if other countries have already seen the moon should we still go and see the moon in 0:59 our own countries or since the moon has been sighted already in some part of the wold (which means the month has started) should we still go out and see in our regions/ countries?

What are we to do when we don't see the moon due to the bad weather condition ?

Moon is hidden until fasting day , sth like that of a quraanic verse ... but as per calendar days ... let's say its 29th n u don't see due to bad weather thrn wait, next day 30th if u don't see it ... we r told then to count calendar that's 30 days max so obviously ramadhaan starts... n Allah knows best.

Assalamualaikum dear sheikh Uthman, I need an answer for my question, been trying to get an answer but none seemed to have answered or attend to my question. If a country does not sight the moon but decides to fast anyway because the country used the calculation model, is it binding on the citizens to follow the ulul amri or can the citizens choose to complete shaaban first and then only start fasting.
