its not impressive at all. Playing valorant is her FULL TIME JOB, sometimes putting in 12 hour streams. over the course of 3 years. How is this impressive? she is playing more than 99% of the playerbase.

I think you can't compare that? I think he had the skill prior to when he started valorant, it's just that the game was newly released and he haven't fully transfer he's previously owned skill to this new game or he wasn't too serious about this game when it released. You can see that he got from Silver to Immortal in 3 Acts, which I think is getting more accustomed to the game, rather than improving

I think the reason why Kyedae improves is because she plays with a purpose. Her main goal is to hit a high rank to be able to play with TenZ.... I think most of us are just lost and are playing valorant for no reason or just to kill time.

Lots of people improved. I was Iron 1 now Immo 3. But for big names, Kyedae is crazy. She's actually so good. Was on the enemy team against her and prod, what a while game.

I went from iron 3 to Immortal 3 and it’s funny because me and Kyedae have had the same progression path

i started val a little over 2 months ago, and placed iron 3 during my first comp matches. i learned a lot by queuing unrated with my higher level friends and just getting absolutely destroyed. i'm not a good player by any means, but i've begun to consistently place 1st or 2nd on the scoreboard no matter what role i choose. working on just crosshair placement itself has been an absolute MASS improvement. i'm also a laptop gamer with some pretty garb internet, so im overall proud of being able to keep up.

Kyedae is good at the game. A few streamers I watch (not naming who) play valorant only everyday and they have not improved much. One guy I watch used to be Ascendent 2 but now is Diamond 1 despite playing basically every day, 8 hours. Kyedae is definitely one of the most (or THE MOST) improved val player

Saying most improved player of all time is one problem I have with this video, many people have improved similarly to Kyedae, she is one of the few who have fame to do it, yes she has improved, does she have significantly better resources than others, like getting paid to stream the game, and having Tenz to coach you. Yes. Has she had her own struggles. Yes. Have others had their own struggles. Yes. It is substantially easier to improve at a game when you know that any step of improving, like VOD reviewing, you’ll get paid for as people are watching you. Not to take away from her improvement as that improvement was still done by her and it is a large amount. But coming from someone with similar if not better improvement whilst not playing 8 hours a day and streaming, I just think it is a bit far to say that she is the most improved player of all time. What I’m trying to say is that the video feels too biased rather than looking at it objectively and actually reviewing the improvement.

Yeah she has an upper hand by having a valo player whose good asf and coaching her for free. Not to say that valo coaches are inaccessible or hard to find, but most charge which can be a barrier for most people

Knew a guy who bought a pc in May of 2022 and had never played on a computer let a lone a shooter before. He went on to hit Immortal by early 2023 without the help of coaching or boosting in all honesty it amazed me. You're never able to really pinpoint who the most improved players are because it all depends on their background. Imo someone hitting Radiant with no prior shooter experience is more a feat than someone who has years of experience. Not saying Kyedae had those years of experience but I'm just polishing on my point of dependency on past experiences.

It is a new news for me aswell, Last time I've watched her stream was when she was Bronze.

Most valorant players at high elo prob started in silver-plat and played all that time and learned about the mechanics just to reach radiant, meanwhile kyedae has one of the best coachs a good setup and plays it for a living. The average player has put a lot more work than kyedae in grinding the game.

I started Episode 2 Act 2 at Iron 3 ( March 2021 ) and got diamond episode 6 act 2 ( March 2023 )
