As a UGA fan, Kirby is worth paying whatever he wants
Kirby is honest, hard working and humble. Enough for most folks. Hard to find a better man.
Worth every penny. Saban became the first $7 million man in December 2013 and we nearly doubled that is a decade. We will have a $20 million head coach by 2030.

True, but in real dollars it will equal $7 million from 2013... inflation's a beast.
As a Clemson fan, I can say if Dabo is worth 10, Kirby is worth 13.
Kirby's pay would make him the 5th highest paid coach in the NFL, behind only Bill Belichick, Sean Payton, Pete Carroll, and Sean McVay. He's $1 million ahead of Andy Reid. Kirby's doing just fine.
Kirby has already surpassed Nick in consecutive wins and most drafted in his first eight years. The reason he might not be able to surpass Saban's natty record is because of nil and the transfer portal that helps even out the rosters.

I guarantee you Saban wouldn't have won half his nattys without Smart as the DC
Transfer portal/NIL would be the only reason he leaves. I think he’s a UGA lifer unless he gets burned out by the current state of CFB.

it's not if we think he is worth 13 million, it is if the university and fans think he is worth what they pay him.
Kirby is straight up, demands the same of everyone he does of himself. The players he recruits hear the same pitch: UGA seeks those who want to be Champions, get the development to be their best in both classroom & field. Dawgs lost 24 and got 9 from the portal, Kirby’s incoming Class is unreal.
