These two would looks awesome with Doctor Aphra.

He looks a good deal darker in person. Legit looks like the Adi Granov interpretation on the variant covers. A lot of the brightness is down to lighting sources.

I really want this Edward Scissor-hands droid. Funny thing, the other day I was thinking it would be nice to have a silver protocol droid - this aint silver, but close. I'll pose him without the BDSM attachments, though. Already pre-ordered BT; I'll keep him even if I don't manage to get this one. Thanks Jonathan (and company).

The BDSM attachm.... get this man out of here. 😭 BT would look sick in an imperial display regardless, so having him in the collection is a cool look. Just harder for me personally. Glad I lucked up! The wife says "You're welcome!" (She understands your sarcasm far more than I do, so she usually respond to those comments 😂)

Oh yeah! I enjoyed the comic run when Comixology was around, but they only allowed me to read so far before I couldn't anymore. I have to finish the last bit to figure out what happens. Either way, Trip was a favorite! 🙌

I held off on grabbing BT until I could secure this one. Sadly, I didn't make the cut, so I guess that means I'm saving $220 on BT. You're right in the train of thought that you can't have one without the other. That said, Dr. Aphra is one of my favorite comic series. I've long thought that a Dr. Aphra Disney series would be awesome.

Totally understandable. I committed to BT way too soon, so I learned my lesson to wait in case another duo is treated this way. If it weren't for my wife ranking lower than I did, I would've been in the customer service line with everyone else for my NRD. I never did get to finish the comic series, but what I read so far was great! I'd also love to see an animated version to her and the gang if they decided to do it.

Wasn't familiar with his character, or BT. Was interested but it seems it went live whilst i was asleep (otherside of the world problems). Glad you got one!!

Yeah, I crossed the Doctor Aphra comics by chance in... I want to say '22. If it weren't for that, I would've passed and probably thought it was an alternate universe of 3PO and R2, lol! Thank you! Glad to have these guys coming in! 😄

I'd lean more towards neither being limited. I can see people buying them even if they didn't want to, just to flip them to people with bad luck who really did want both. It's still crazy to think they did this. It's like limiting Chewie from Han.

I looks cool but I would love to have TC-14 from Phantom Menace.

I... wouldn't be surprised if that came out for a limited run. The only change would be the paint application for the most part. Seriously though, out of anything to make a limited run, she'd be the one in my opinion.

Hold tight! I still believe in these converting. FOMO was the goal and all we had to do was put up the NRD unlike the Umbra ARC Trooper.

Why is 0-0-0 so limited? I hope there is another wave maybe with less features.

I honestly have no idea. Especially considering the majority of the R&D is there from 3PO, why would they do that? If I had to make a sound guess, I'd say it was to prepare for their event. They usually have a limited run of figures up for sale at new store locations and events, so I think they felt Trip fit the bill. Still... as a consumer, that's crazy.

Bro I was waiting and I feel back asleep. I was so damn tired. I'm gonna cancel BT :/

Daaaaaang! I did this when the Artisan Captain Jack went live, so I understand the pain. In all fairness, I didn't want that version but my timing was bad either way. Since all we had to do is give them an NRD for 0-0-0, I'd jump on the waitlist and wait for a conversion. I think this one was FOMO for the most part.

He would've sat for a looooong while if it were a standard release. This one's for a niche audience (as well as BT), but it would've been better if they didn't slap the limited edition tag on it. I bet he'd still be up on Sideshow right now if they didn't.
