Hi there u mentioned about steam while using it. I had my from yesterday and did my first batch of chips and the steam on my cupboards, wall and window was horrendous, it did make me wonder if it actually broke one , as I can't cook with that steam as my kitchen will get damp very quickly 😞

I never knew we could use glass in Air fryer? So can we use silicon baskets too to cook in Air friers?
I purchased the 9ltr duel Tower air fryer recently. It was only £130 from Argos, it has a 3 yr warranty & viewing windows with lights, so you can check the food without opening the draw! Just thought I'd put that out there for anyone who wanted something a little cheaper. They all work the same way.... Convector heater and fan.
I have the larger 9.5 litre Ninja and it's fantastic......... Sausages, chicken breasts, drumsticks, wings, whole chicken, burgers, steaks, salmon fillets, beef joints, pork roast, pies, lasagna, etc. Garlic bread comes out crisp yet soft on the inside. Pretty well anything you cook in an oven, you can cook in this. Also brilliant at reheating food....... Chips come out crisp not soggy like in a microwave and chicken drumsticks, thighs etc get nice crispy skin again. Faster and cheaper and waited 12 months for it to get restocked but well worth the money £200. Cleaning is a breeze with the non stick plates so i just soak the trays in hot soapy water then rinse out after ten minutes. Occasionally i will run them through the dishwasher without issue, no fancy cleaning stuff required. Ninja instructions are also great with timings and temperature settings available for most commercially bought foodstuffs.
I ordered one today and then found your review. Thanks so much for setting my mind at rest. Subscribed, because you're a great communicator. Looking forward to seeing more of your vids.

Cut pizza in half and use both drawers?
Thank you for the detailed review!
It's really good that you eat together as a family, a very valuable tradition.
We've just bought this air fryer, well the slightly larger one actually, and I was looking for tips and ideas. Delighted to find your video. We're looking forward to exploring the opportunities. Early experience has shown us just how much flavour the food retains. A whole roast chicken and a pack of sausages from frozen were our first efforts and they were amazing. Thanks for sharing 👍 x x

I have the 9.5l dual and I can roast a large chicken in it. I have 1l glass dishes with clip on lids from ikea and I make a foil sling to lift them out. I wash my drawers and inserts in hot soapy water and my scrub daddy with no issues.

Totally agree especially the bit about the oven, not used mine at all. Initially I stuck to Ninja recipe timings, don’t now, stick it on for a bit longer and check part way. My wife’s stroke means I am the cook, I now enjoy cooking rather than it being something I have to do.

My favourite kitchen device
Ikea do some good dishes and if you are not close enough their delivery charges are very cheap, you can make a tin foil sling for lifting out containers, lots of videos to show you this.
If your cooking for a family then for not a lot more you can get a regular size fitted oven which today are energy efficient and you don't have to think whether or not food will fit.
I’ve just brought mine, it was delivered today, looking forward to using it.

A great review! You covered all the important points and explained yourself very well, thank you.
nice and informative
If you make a folded tin foil sling to put in the tray first and the dish on the top you can easily lift it out by the tails of the tin foil, good review,I have an 8Ltr Instant Pot Duo Crisp+ Air Fryer and I use it every day,my oven is now a cupboard for accessories ,I am considering buying one of those as it's reduced in Curry's to £169 and if you take in an old appliance working or not you get another £25 off, great deal

Very fair and impartial review thanks for the content. Just about to buy one but researching the dual zone and the new flexidrawer. Would you think the huge flexi 10.4l with dual zone ootion a better way to go over two seperater trays?

Pros and cons on this for instance you can do larger items if you need too but difficult when you need to shake one side for instance but not the other, and the biggest con it is a bit pricey, if you really want one see if others are doing it.

Brought a Ninja 2 door for family almost 2 weeks ago. Haven't used it cause it looks so very complicated & hard to use. My step kids knew how to use it from being at their grandparents house. Wife said it was her first time using it though I have told her that I think she has used it before cause it was easy for her which she denies & wasn't happy with me saying it lol! Wife said she would teach me but I feel it is very complicated.
I've exactly the same one buy a couple of silicone baskets for it saves loads on the washing as for sync I've not even used it match I use regularly 🙂

one issue is possibly only space not surrounded by cupboards i would need extension lead. I'm told not to use one by Currys shop. Any advice? I know you find condensation above where you put it but i may only have that area with cupboards surround to put it. Small flat. Looking at Black Friday 23 deals

Sorry for delayed reply I use mine with an extension lead due to similar space issues
I can vent mine through my kitchen window 👍
I cook a full English breakfast in mine …😊
I use with mine aluminium foil so I can lift out different dishes that I bought because I purchased a.swan air fryer in which I don't have much room in my kitchen but I will be buying a ninja one next time 😊
It would be better if there was just one large wide drawer with a removable partition in the middle. That way it could still be used for dual temp. cooking or one large item

Thank you! Can you move the air fryer out a little so it’s not too close to the back of the wall/tiles ? I had to move mine away from where I had it originally but only cause I was worried about damaging the cupboards above: it’s not excessive steam but there is some steam that comes out. 😊

I bought ours, and after using it for a few days now, I'd say it isn't worth it when you have an oven! I have the AF400 one by the way!
Can get another branded dual fryer for 89.99 so is the ninja worth the price tag of £200?? Please honest answer from you. Thanks
@graceyblossom

Good question, have to weigh up how many functions the other branded ones have and if you’d get the use from them. I use multiple functions on the ninja all the time. Can make amazing roast potatoes on the roast function while using the other draw to air fry. I use mine every day so has been 💯 worthwhile investment for me personally. They might have Black Friday offers on the ninja soon too so worth looking out for Thanks
Does this have grill setting for steaks please. Thanks!

There’s no grill setting but you can cook steaks on the air fryer setting, the new ninja bbq has grill functions I have a review on that if you’re interested to watch thank you 😊
Tefal do a dual air fryer and that has a larger and a small draw worth a look? Tefal it seems have won over ninja regarding this check it out 😊👍
Anything greasy to clean just steep in red hot water and washing liquid. Then rinse it with hot water and leave to drain.
Good video but i personally cant see anyone never using their oven again or you all literally have to eat exactly the same things every day and with kids id say thats impossible unless you say do yours then theirs separately meaning the energy used is exactly the same virtually having to put it on twice, just my opinion but every family's different 😊
What's the size of the pyrex??
@graceyblossom
10 ай бұрын
Hiya I’ve linked the exact one above as I can’t remember exact size the link should have details x
I have baked in mine.
The non stick coating always feel greasy even when it's clean, that is part of what makes it non stick to food, because your hand is food to the non stick coating... Seems everyone has forgotten about 30+ years of teflon pot and pans, it was the same with them. You can scrape it off with a wet paper bag, so it takes a bit to get used to it and I see people destroying their fryers with metal tools and harsh cleaning on youtube.
cant make home made soup like you never my oven since i got mine recomend

I'm looking forward to your review on this model. What really hit me though was at 0:48 with the nice view of your family. It was strongly impressed upon me that, this is what the WHO, WEF and our world leaders want to destroy, the normal family. Didn't mean to get political but that is what hit me. Thank you, Gracey; this is the one I have been looking at.
If it was taking you twice 25 minutes to cook your sausages in your conventionaloven then it's faulty. I cook thick sausages in my fan oven in 22 minutes.

Absolutely brilliant invention I have three different types. Your video is useful but really all comes down to common sense. You don’t need those industrial rubber gloves, and for the other tips, as I’ve already said it’s common sense although some numbskulls out there need your advice but overall good video. Thank you

Bought mine today and one of drawers doesn’t sit properly when I close it so I will return it tomorrow but now I am thinking to change it for same model or for airfryer of some other brand because I saw also lot of reviews about how cooking time takes much more than some other airfryers or even oven. I am very curious how is your experience with those things? Thank you 🫶🏻
You took 50 minutes to cook sausages in a conventional oven!! Never takes more than 15 for me.
You can pick an air fryer for £25
The price has dropped, I bought it for $148 Canadian dollar
