Hi I recently purchased iPhone 13 and now it is showing two light sources when zoomed example:when I try to click picture of light bulb and I am zooming in it is showing 2 light bulbs (clear reflection of light portion) is it normal please help

Every professional photographer I know don’t use lens protectors at all because it’s distort the image and sun flares etc. PS: Micro scratches won’t affect the image.

I took a photo zoomed in 3x and I see such a big difference zoomed in with the quality it isn’t as good but my iPhone 13 pro has such a big camera my hand goes over it and if I took the lense off it would feel uneven with the bumps there and not a flat feel since the lense protector covers the whole camera

My iPhone 12 pro max has camera protector. It’s ok because you don’t need to worry of your lens to get scratched but when you take video or photo at night time you can see the reflection of the light. The shot became so bleary so I don’t know if I’ll leave or remove the protector.

Hi Ana, True. You don't have to worry so much to protect your lenses from scratches. As a matter of fact some cases protect that lens area as well. So I would go for that instead of this cheap lens protector I discussed in this video.

I did buy a lens protector and have seen glare when doing a A video. So I made a plastic cover on my case with double-sided sticky tape that sticks to my case and when I want to do a quick video I quickly remove it and I get a perfect video off my iPhone 12. As a photographer your lens is only good as the cover you put on it, keep that in mind thanks for this great video. 😊

Yes you can remove it. Just be carefull when doing so because of the glue that you can leave behind around the camera lens.

If we use camera lense on iPhone 13 pro max u use any back cover for our iPhone or not. Means camera lenses r adjustable in cover or not

I have one on my phone just cause it’s easier to clean one big flat surface than 3 individual lenses and the spaces in between them. Just haven’t decided if that’s worth the trade off in clarity / flares (which isn’t bad especially compared to a dirty smudged lens)

Hello guys, i seen many people has a problem with removing the lens protect, am myself was the victim of this scam product that has no benefits and it does make your camera worse than without the lens protector. I literally remove it 6 hours after installed and thats my bad for not research it before doing it. So, to remove is very simple but its annoying, you can use your nail If you have a long one. But the easiest way i find myself is to using ‘tweezer scissors’. Use it to twist the lens protector until the glue comes right off. Note: You will may some glue residue from the lens protector so I recommend to clean it with some mobile cleaning spray and wipe it with microfibre cloth.

Does anyone know if these lens protectors came in ND filter or Polarizing filter form?

I thought there was no difference between keeping the lens off and on until I tried scanning a qr code on x1 zoom. It was blurry and I thought it was just the phone until I removed the lens cover and all of a sudden the qr code wasn’t blurry. I thinks it’s better to remove it imo.

You’re image will get distortions if you take photos of the moon. The moon image is reflected onto the lense protector

Hi Akhil, I would recommend a case with a camera protector integrated. You can buy one from Apple, but you can also look elsewhere, such as Aliespress. Hope this helps.

I'm receiving lots of messages from people with the exact same problem. Mine went out very easily, though. Try just a tiny bit of steam. Hopefully, that way, your glue will come off.

If it's made out of plastic then it will reduce photo quality. Maybe not at the moment but after having them installed for a while, it will. The quality of that plastic deteriorates.

I bought one for my iphone 13 pro and tbh it just got sticked to my lenses I couldn’t remove it easily plus after when I removed those they left stinks and sticky with my lenses. Guys just don’t go for this product. In need of protection u will ruin your lenses be careful.

That's not true. I've taken the video with and without the lens cover. With the cover it has more light reflection and glares and blurry video same shot without the lens is much clearer and sharper. I will be removing it and bought a case with sliding lens phone cover.

I really don't recommend using these Lens protectors. They lower the quality of your photos, you may risk not getting them off, and after all, your iPhone camera lenses are made out of sapphire. I'll make a more detailed video about this very topic.
