It all depends on the skills aquired, confidence, knowledge, experience you have, meeting the criteria required if planning to get in a government medical College

There is an exam now and it's possible but not immediately.

PGI has launched DM Trauma Anaesthesia...NBE also launched a Fellowship in same..Any Scope of such subspecialization in India? Are jobs available post this degree?
