Until they couldn't handle it and lost precious time with small children. Sold in 2019. Not that extraordinary at all.
Crazy they don't own the gates into the property. Shame the owner who doesnt share the obvious entry !!! Id build same exact copy of the entrance but three times as BIG ! 😅
Gosh, I enjoyed these episodes. Surely they have portrayed a happier demeanour towards renovating this whole place. Me as a project manager, need to learn how to adopt the lesser stress route to manage emotions hahahaha, learning from them. But I loved the ending. Oh oh, the gate part was actually very funny! I would really have done the same at least, better, so their front gate looks old. But I am sucker for festival lights, and if from the from gate into the property was lined with yellow warm festival lights, it would have been superb. But that's me ... Finally the reception hall, though bricked up - when adorned with flowers, looked mighty different. Thanks for the entertainment! Much love to the family ...
This was a major accomplishment to acquire this estate at that price. Well done , I am certain your pile will be popular and a outstanding venue. The property is absolutely breathtakingand will bring in handsome dividend congratulations.

It's now beautiful inside but I think the building itself is rather ugly. Not much architecture going on with this one.
Thank them for saving a beautiful piece of architecture.
A great show. I suspect that an unrealistic deadline is set to create some 'TV Tension'.
❤ Thank you for this upload. I watched this family building the next property last year and Rise was shown briefly. I searched for this series desperately as I'm in Canada with no access to British television. So happy to finally see this ! So cute as well to see the boys so little. 😊
So beautiful and what a successful restoration!!!!!

I loved this I have been looking for this series for so long so thank you for uploading it.The restoration is an extraordinary feat.
Well done watching the rebuild was nail biting to the finish enjoyed every bit of it may there be many more wonderful weddings to maintain such a beautiful historical home for ever blessings n good vibes we send
I LOVE the portraits by Graham
Lucky you for getting to drive the digger!🤗🇨🇦
In New York and New Jersey $25k is dirt cheap for a 4 or 5 hour wedding venue 😆 closer to $100k is becoming average

This was back in 2010 so I think £25k would have equated to about $40k maybe a little more. I would bet that for a big wedding it's just that for the venue and catering these days.

In 1990, it cost my parents $20K for 33 people at my very small, intimate, classically elegant wedding in NJ! Nothing over the top, actually very simple in a historical carriage house. Both our daughters weddings cost a fortune. Between the 2 it was closer to $200K than I'd like to admit to! One on the water and one in a country setting. Both simple, elegant weddings and yet cost us so much money! But it's ok, they're both happy with beautiful families.... Money well spent!!!

Well that’s a whole life foundation on a day. Glad I don’t live in USA
Unbelievable transformation!
Vraiment superbe. Bravo pour ce travail très réussi.
This is just astounding !! and a million percent exhausting to watch. I cannot get over this restoration. The babies! Those precious babies are so sweet to watch. But how do they manage it with the sheer volume of work to be done? How are they possibly accomplishing all of this? And where does the money for it come in? I said they had a budget of three hundred thousand? No flipping way they could do that on that budget.
Really really would love to see the other rooms in that mansion... Looked it up online and ten years on it is even more magnificent of course!
So many unskipable ads here makes it extremely tedious watching to the end.
What a beautiful house
Those bureaucrats demanding 3 months notice before they will "approve" the licence 🤨😡😡😡 Although SOMETIMES necessary, bureaucrats are what mess up life in so many ways. I would demand forensic explanation of the whys & wherefores🤨
Oh this is stunning you must keep this piece Mundo matches it perfectly! Just beautiful!
I just have one question. Are you EVER going to cut up that fallen tree? 😂❤
Anyone have information on how the family is doing with the property

They sold it in 2019. You get more info if you Google Sarah Beeny and Rise Hall.

@@minnae.1747How ridiculous. She was going on about how it was a long time family home and that’s why she purchased it and wanted to restore it and then she sells it.
Amazing 👏😊 all i can say ❤❤
Very well done. Bravo!
AMAZING WOW WOW WOW !!!!!!!!!!! What a lot of work... a lot of STRESS. You did it... it looks amazing. My hats off to both of you FANTASTIC !!!!!!
LOVE love love love that main decorator lady (Karen?)!!
Amazing transformation!
Love everything you are doing❤
Commenting at the beginning to the title. 30 bedrooms renovated in eight months? You better have a crew of one hundred.
Well done!!!💜what a legacy!
We need more weddings and more babies for the UK.
Who is the company that restored sash windows please ? Can they help with my house 🙏
Why was a canopy hung that covered the ceiling in the Orangery Room?
If you have 30 decorators 😂
Thanks!
OMG! 30 bedrooms. Time to take out some bedrooms and add baths. Anything is possible if you have $$$$$&&&&&
Put in two or three centered doors! wait to continue
I love your videos ❤
Golly, £430k wont get you a semi in London now
It’s all worthwhile in the end isn’t it ?! ♥️
Sarebbe un grand travail mettere in primo piano questi trésors che non andrano Mai persi anno un gran valore monartico l'infrastructure sonnait un bon profito di travail les gens à proximité rythme Nature ❤❤
That is absolutely stunning property. I hope you can get government help to restore it 💕💕♣️💕💕💕💕
That landscape is ripe for a golf course
Its just too big for anyone to reasonably maintain. Tbh, I would have torn down at least half of it. 20 thousand sq feet is still enormous but its a lot easier to work with
Watching this even though I can’t stand Sarah Beenie 😂

But where is the money coming from to renovate? I must've missed that bit

That’s probably why they sold the home. Absolutely nothing around it😱
Heroes!
These places go to the dogs because NO ONE can afford to keep them warm enough to keep the mold, mildew and rot away. A normal stick built home has to be heated to some degree even when people go to a warmer place during the winter. You can't just shut the heat off and I very much doubt that these huge places are EVER WARM ENOUGH. Probably never were, even 50 years or a hundred years ago. Rot doesn't develop overnight, it takes years of neglect.
Why do they not own their gates?
color 2cd floor way to dark hony yellw or celry green even light light blue
There´s nothing like too big bed.
I suspect that couple who got married are not together
What would they do if they had to work in a real canadian winter??...pfft
No
Too bad they sold it in 2019 as not being with their small children for sometime can never be replaced. Greed drove their unrealistic plans.
So getting this man to marry her cost £430,000?? 🙄
First i dont mean to be negative so ill say Amazing restoration but what i don't get is not like US videos there are not many comments on safety so I assume rules must be much less strict across the big muddy pond.I mean playing with black mold and no masks and her pregnant hummmm
😂
Too fake 🤥
You need a Go Fund Me Page.
