The bag was old you cloud tell by the design but what I most love and enjoy of this channel it’s how they bring new life to bags that other wise will be discarded… specially because if you go to there store asking for this type of work their just gonna tell you to buy a new one

So True I bought a goyard bag 4 years ago. It is still looking good cos I hardly use it as it is the same style used in the video. You cannot carry any thing heavy inside it also the inside because it is cream it gets dirty and has no zip so safety is an issue with your valuables. This bag is more sturdy than mine. Oh! yeah I got sucked into the hype and paid an arm and a leg for it😳😂

@@Magarita810 I feel you. I choose to buy from my local artisans, whom can custom-made their bags, especially because it supports the local community/economy.
My honest reaction after you laid out all the disassembled parts was "the next step is, go fetch a trash bag from the cupboard". I'm amazed what you made from that wreck! And, as usual, when I see your finished bag I think "That's really nice. Why doesn't Goyard (or Gucci or LV, etc.) make a bag like that?" I often like your designs better that the brands' offerings.

I don't admire people who own a Goyard, but I admire people like you who possesses the highest craftsmanship.
I LOVE that color green especially with that brown and the brass accents. Insanely classy and beautiful.
Current luxury bags are no longer made with the same quality you put into your handbags. Absolutely gorgeous.

So true. Look at all of the leather Hahns backed the bag up with. The details and quality that went into this creation. I saw someone work on a Gucci bag repair and was horrified at all of the cheap materials (cardboard and stuff) that really goes into their bags instead of leather. I was shocked, especially because of their price point and status as a luxury house 👀👀👀👀😳

낱장의 패턴들이 모여 하나의 작품이 완성되는것도, 가위질하는 서걱서걱거리는 소리를 듣는것도, 낡아 못쓰게 된 가방에 새 생명을 불어넣는것도.. 그 과정 하나하나가 힐링이기에 매번 기대하는 마음으로 영상 보고있었는데 오늘은 또 마지막 멘트가 절 울리네요... 이번주가 유독 너덜너덜해지고 지치는 날들이었는데 주말에 재충전 해서 다음주부터 새롭게 태어나 더 쓸모있고 더 번듯한 일상을 살아봐야겠어요! 감사합니다💕

That was very interesting. I’ve never had any idea about how a handmade bag was made and watching this artist remodel an old worn bag was amazing.
I have no words for how watching your craftsmanship makes me feel. So precise. So exact. So detailed. Thank you for letting us watch while you create beauty.

I think your pieces are even more beautiful, I think largely because thru these videos we get to experience all the time, effort, talent, artistry and skill you commit to them. Wish I had known about you when I saw a beat up neverfull in a thriftshop (although it was still over priced). I hope to one day own one of your upcycled works and thank you for sharing your artistry and videos with us.

I can spend hours watching such skills turning something that could - in the wrong hands - be thrown away, but in the right hands be given a new life! Beautiful work.

I don't know why but my favorite part of this video was the making of the zipper handle. Something which I don't think too much about when using my bags. When I saw the amount of effort you put into such a small detail it made me see it in a new light.
No idea how much money a masterpiece like this costs but I sincerely hope I'd be able to afford to own a bag made by you. I have never been into luxury brands and I don't own high-end luxury bags but seeing the things that come out of your hands always make my jaw drop. Whoever wears your bags is an incredibly lucky person.

There are some number of places where they reform the original bags into new ones here in Korea. I'm not sure how much this person charges for the work but usually it starts around $350 USD and up.
