I am a bit dissapointed Kev. Usually your videos are bang on but not this time. The Forequarters and Hindquarters here are being deliverered to a wholesale butchers. The carcases will be broken down into primal cuts, boned out and delivered to butchers shops and restaurants. The hard graft involved is probably one of the hardest jobs. I do this job starting at 5am and am very proud of what I do. Its the best job in the world! To worry about hairnets in my opinion was trivial, Just remember if the meat is cooked correctly then there is no hazard to human health. Take care Kev and look forward to your future work.

On a visit to a georges chip shop i noticed that the people in the back cooking the fish and chips had zero beard or hair nets and worse is the one cooking had a mop of hair on his head. I even saw him run his hand through it! No gloves either. I don't eat georges anymore but always thought it strange especially for a company like this to not make the staff wear anything? Apparently it is not compulsory just advisable which I struggle to understand personally but then again i do have ocd ! Nice one ay 👍

I had worked on maintenance of garage doors, leveling docks, in many industries, like food industries. Hair net, bear net, PPE, glasses, clean boots etc in food places throughout Québec, Canada, and all have to have a temperature control environment. I had seen truckers and their merchandise getting turn around with their loads for the minimum temperature not being respected, and that person came from Texas with his load, and he was not happy LOL Their rules especially with foods and everyone should abide by them and if not, retraining and after that if not respected or followed, fire them and hire new personnel.
