It is true that most apartment complexes will not rent to a family of 8. But the brother can rent a house without problems, even if his family size is 20

Sure, but those are for low income individuals/families. The brother who asked the question didn't seem to fit in that category. His complaint seemed to be no apartment would sign an agreement with his family size. I'm not sure where he's located but why is he seeking apartment complexes? He could simply rent a single family home or a condo 🤔

Not to confuse this with conventional banking loans/mortgages. That's totally haram and different thing. This guy is talking about islamic finance and that too with fees. Beware

what makes islamic financing ? they get money from banks with interest charge people more and then call it islamic .. after that sell it to another conventional traditional bank and move on ??!! the whole islamic banking is a smoke screen, in reality it’s just the same deal just pay higher interest because of the middle man

Sheikh might be hinting at options to rent a house rather than apartment. Renting a house might help but again landlord could always stipulated max number to occupants … May Allah help the brother

Why say it is 'highly doubtful' that apartment complexes won't rent to a family of that size? They have occupancy limits per bedroom. 3 bedroom apartments may not be affordable to this brother (as you also have to provide proof of income). Unnecessary comment, how can you say doubtful on one hand, and then say if you're lying between you and Allah. People come to you for the knowledge Allah has given you, inshaAllah you can exercise more discretion with your words...as you said you don't know.

Buying a house with a 4% interest is not Riba. this is ridiculous and you're giving people bad advice to fellow brothers and sisters who are going to miss out on generating and developing equity and building wealth.

Question to Sheikh? Do you have a bank account? Do you have a credit card? Please answer these Questions. Otherwise you're not sincere to your Deen! Keeping money in the bank is a bigger SIN than Borrowing money on the basis of interest because of necessity. By keeping money in the Bank you are helping Interest basis banking system to Flourish, likewise credit card. If you do not agree with me then you are qualified to give Fatwa on Finance. You may be a good Mullah to give Fatwa on how to perform Wudu and Salah but not on Finance. If you agree with me then being a Mullah what have you done to change the system? Otherwise you are one of those Mullahs or Rabbis that make their lively hood by selling Fatwas. Sorry for being Harsh but this is the reality.
