Love the Holden, need more Aussie castings! Would be good to see the XB Falcon go premium but otherwise an XU1 Torana and a Chrysler Valiant Charger would be excellent 👌

The XB has been done as a premium in the Forza series several years ago. They should definitely bring it back tho.

Picked up this release yesterday. Went to the store just before closing and they had early restocked. :D - Wish they weren't repeating castings in earlier series releases.

The Mad Max Ford Falcon XB Interceptor would be a really cool one for Hot Wheels to do in Boulevard

Not at my Wal-Mart they are like 3 waves behind.

The DTM/ Touring car love being shown lately has been great, the Mercedes and Alfa are both gorgeous cars and castings

Love the Monaro and the Alfa. If Hot Wheels were to do more Aussie classics they need to the Holden SLR5000 Torana, Ford Falcon SC Cobra and the Holden SS commodore.

@6:37 The Corvette Z06 Drag Racer was a previous Boulevard release (#26) virtually identical to the previous version except for the wraparound Hot Wheels logo throughout this new version As regards various Walmarts getting the Boulevard sets, my local Walmart seems to get Boulevard (and other premium sets), later than most,by the time they get them the sets come and go from the 2 adjacent Walmarts in other towns Got the yellow Mercedes Benz Team Transport set recently at my local Walmart, after not having Team Transports for over a year sets later

Awesome set but the Holden & Alfa rule, great to finally see another car from my childhood here in Oz

Merc is really nice, I would daily drive that thing. Love the Alfa and like seeing another DTM legend replicated. I think we need the Opel Calibra now and throw in the Opel Tigra Ic Racer too.

Holden is hot and i like also the alfa. Best mix for now is the mountain drifter set. I waiting for the jay leno set and the black countach chase car😋

@@amazingcars1324 Blvd does not get chases, technically it may not be Car Culture. Leno's Garage definitely has one, the Lamborghini.

The holden and alfa romeo the the stars. I found them in store and was lucky get these. .

Just found a fresh Boulevard Display box with all these, but only picked up the ones I like, Supra and Alfa Romeo 😬👍🏽

The Alfa Romeo and the Holden are definitely going to be on my to find list.

Love this Boulevarde set as a whole. Prefer the selection of cars in this set over the previous. The Alfa looking good here! John, there was a long standing rivalry between Fords and Holdens here in Australia and the Monaro GTS represents a period when that rivalry was arguably at its peak. It's about as iconically Australian as Vegemite (An Australian breakfast 'delicacy'), and why that particular car in this set is so sought after by Australian collectors. I love JDM (i.e. Japan Historics) and German cars (i.e. Deutschland Design) as much as the next collector, but there's a real opportunity to do premium sets that cover cars from other countries - I'd love to see Hot Wheels do a whole premium series comprising entirely of Australian-released cars. Come to think of it, an Australian Ford Vs Holden set would actually be amazing!

So glad to see that Alfa show up. I had a conversation with a friend about a year ago and brought up that specific car and how I wish Mattel made one. The inverse color scheme would look awesome too. Great idea!

I wouldn’t mind an MK4 Supra in the Boulevard Set.

All premiums are hard to find here. Only the peg warmers of the sets will remain so you know how much you missed out on. It all depends on how many collectors you have around you and how often you can get out to look.

It's mindblowing how hard it is to find premiums in my country, and I live in the capital. There are hundreds of obscure Lego sets in stores and not a single premium HW.

Really cool Boulverd Mix, not sure if it's the best Mix yet but the new Aldar Romeo 155 and the Holden Monaro are great new models. Although that silver Mercedes 300 SEL looks really nice in silver too, i like the clean look. Thanks for the presentation.

The Alfa & Merc are really nice. Supra looks tidy, but I would love to see the older Castrol oils racecar that featured in so many versions of Gran Turismo.

Nice set. The Alfa Romeo is just a classic touring car. I spent many hours racing with that car on Gran Turismo 2. Wish to see a Nissan GT-R Hakosuka released soon in the upcoming Boulevard sets.

Holden goes first from box 1st. Here in Australia. Then resold for $50.00 2 $100.00 each.

It's 100% the monaro for me! Then Alfa then AMG. That monaro tho! Super cool. Definitely need more Australian muscle 👌

The corvette is so cool maybe hot wheels will do opening doors again like in the 90’s but they might have to do what match box dose and have and open ing series of sorts, but it would be cool to have opening doors on a car for $1.00

Yes I agree would love to see more Aussie cars. We do have some home grown manufacturers , but not sure if they are still going ?.

I was lucky to find the Honda castings in 2 Walmarts. Right place at the right time. I hope I'm lucky enough to find this set.

I have such bad luck in AZ, the last boulevard set I saw in stores was 26-30. WTF?

First set of the year for me that I am excited about. Alfa all the way for me.

The yellow 300 SEL 6.8 was a real car, you can find it liveried up with "HANNEN ALT" on the rear quarters, I do believe it had a matching hauler sort of like the TT one, but had a big Mercedes logo on the sides. The silver one "Silber Sau" was birthed from the recreation of the Red Pig "Rote Sau" (Mercedes couldn't get the original back, or find it), wasn't painted red, had some other variations to it and was "upgraded" when compared to the Red Pig. I also believe Mercedes still retains ownership of both recreations, should any more be made is anyone's guess.

AMG! Love that casting, only have the yellow atm.

Love the Monaro and hopefully more Aussie classics to come. We’re going nuts about this in New Zealand too. Anybody know if the Lions Roar set due out this year is a Holden set as that would be sick!! Also love the Alfa, both must own cars

I do really like the bigger lights done up on this 300 SEL Vs how they look on the red pig but that’s about it. Absolutely love the Alfa Romeo though and the Holden is just too cool looking done up like that. Probably will only go after the Alfa though to be honest.

I found ONE box of these on a Walmart pallet late at night. ONE box. How pathetic. Glad I found it first. I only grabbed the Holden's and the Mercedes'. I left the other cars. The Mercedes is clean. The Monaro is nice too.

I see the scuffed front window on that ALFA and that Holden ! why are they insistent on the package error? there have been a few releases where the package destroys the front window!

Sad that the Alfa is missing maaaany of its sponsor decals. And its funny because the Mercedes from Deutchland Design set did get all (or most) of them. Im just going to ask someone to do them and make it look more "complete"

I think this wave is about a 3/5 for me. I love the Mercedes-Benz (but still don't have an example of that 300 SEL 6.8 AMG casting because of how hard it's been to find Hot Wheels premiums in Ottawa over the past two years) and really like they actually put small rims on it for a change since I prefer rims that leave enough room for a couple of millimetres of blackwall. I like the Holden and the Alfa Romeo. I really like the C6 generation of the Corvette but I'd rather get either a stock Z06 version or the Super Sport as a premium. That Supra is really... umm, what's a polite way of putting it... not appealing to my eyes. I don't think I'd even buy it for my logo livery collection, and I like older generations of the Supra.

Might be up there for Boulevard, but as far as 2022 premium sets go Car Culture Mountain Drifters is a hell of a high bar to surpass. I'd say the most consistently great premium line has to be Modern Classics.

I see the Supra is getting no love. I get it it’s my least fav too. I have the Holden need the AMG and of course the drag Vette. Good video John.

I like the Corvette drag car the best because of the model but the livery is ugly the Alpha Romeo is very clean but the Holden probably looks the best. I guess those are my three picks. Nice unboxing brother ⚡😎👍

The 155 is very wonderful but the real wing in the real car is mounted most rear position , have keep one fantastic model and have mistake this part .......

I gave up trying to find certain cars. They always seem to disappear. For me it’s always what ever i find in the store. Every person I have seen buys the cars. Then re sells them for way more than they are

Not in a single car in that set interests me, but that's not a bad thing, I already have way, way too many little cars.

Holden is best, Mercedes and Alfa 155 are cool too, and i'm not from Australia, far from that place 😄
