It can be possible he doesn’t have a documented physical residency and is living and working in the US. Is he from another country enjoying the benefits of special visas? He needs a home in the UK for a couple of reasons in my opinion. Tax purposes and I believe he has to be a resident of the UK to hold his position as Counselor of State. Also if divorce rumors are true, I am sure he will tuck his tail and slink back to the UK.

They were trying to strong arm KC into letting them stay at frogmore for an ‘event’ this summer. They were refused, wisely, because these two are broke and once moved in will refuse to move out. In any case, eug and jack are staying there. As for uncle chas, althorp is difficult to maintain financially- esp since chas spencer is now divorcing his THIRD wife. I doubt the Estate can afford to forego the rental on a property to a freeloader.
