I remember having severe anger management issues. I lost my temper, got into fights a lot, and I just didn’t know where it came from or why. I thought I just naturally had a short fuse, and avoided people because of it. Turns out years of trauma and other untreated mental illnesses can do that, as well as never being taught how to properly cope with anger. I’m doing much better, and I’m a lot happier now.

I love your awesome collaborations with James from TheOdd1sOut and Adam from SomeThingElseYT! I hope you do more in the future! :D

The way I express my emotions or anger that can’t be explained any other way, I draw it. Mostly I draw my oc doing something or feeling something like I do in the moment and it really helps and I’m completely calm when the drawing is done. If I can’t draw or just don’t, I talk about it with my bf.

I think that occasionally being emotions other than happy, *occasionally* , makes feeling happy _feel_ happy because constant happiness will lead to feeling increasingly less happy over time

For my anger mostly starts when i think about my past. Sometimes i would get sad and then become angry as i want so much revenge. And when most of them because they are due to family toxics. My brother and i don't look eye to eye and sometimes we have fall outs including my father and my other brother. All the male figures in my life has violate me and humiliate me embarrassed me in public while in front of guest. That most times i begin to hate them. I don't much like spending time with family get together because i always end up being entertainment. So, instead i lock myself in my room all day and night so i don't have to see them until they leave. It makes me sad because i want to be loved and be apart of my family but i can't because i know how they are and what they'll do.

I was a very angry teen, to the point that I would hurt myself to calm down before I ended up hurting others.. I ended up joining a martial arts class, during this time I learned to bottle up the anger throughout the week and then let it all out during martial arts class.

I have a number of trauma and anxiety disorders that cause me extreme anger episodes and the explosive episodes i go through always leave me feeling worse than the anger i felt prior. To the point that I've harmed myself in a fit.
