The staff there are super nice! You can ask them to re position the plushies if it’s too hard to get, and if you didn’t like the plush u can ask them to change but it has to be the same claw machine. Super good! Went there yesterday

Great video! We went there today and there was still a line (but about 1/3 of the opening day). The plushes are definitely cute, though we like the Round1 ones as well ^_^.

For claw machine, I would say GATCHA because their plushies are so adorable and the customer service is amazing. But I would go to Dave & Buster's for the arcade. Let me know where you think is the best.
