Please make a video on ISB or any MBA college where a candidate if decides to skip the 1 or 2 MBA years and continues to work, will be at the starting salary from those colleges. Does it make sense to do an MBA then keeping longetivity in mind.

Hey @pavansathiraju, this was an awesome analysis. I do have a question for you though. I have an admit from IIM calcutta for their MBA program and one from Michigan state University - Eli Broad (90% scholarship). Which according to you is a better choice? What will be the value of an MSU MBA if i have to return back to India incase I dont get a H1B since MSU MBA is not STEM?

Would love to ask a couple of questions: 1) Do they also accept GRE in lieu of GMAT? 2) Also is there career change support? 3) Why do less than 5% people go into consulting? 4) If someone doesn't have tech/CS background (education/experience), would the jump to tech industry still be realistic?

ISB has 2 programs. Their flagship program is for folks with 2+ years of work experience. That is more inline with regular MBA programs that is offered by IIMs and other b-schools. ISB has other exec MBA program. Which is a weekend program and typically folks with 8+ years of work experience do it. Note that, this is not a full-time program.

Hi Pavan, Glad to see the topic beings discussed. I have applied to IIMU DEM program which is a one year full time MBA program. I have 4+ experience in IT consulting and want to continue in IT consulting. So can you please have a look into the course curriculum and placements, to give me an idea about the future prospects of this program. Also, can I discuss with you about this program. Pavan, I graduated in 2022 and am working with Evalueserve in Social Sector Consulting. I want to switch my career to front end consulting with MBB. The problem is that I cannot afford a regular MBA due to financial issue. I am planning to do executive MBA after saving money. In this case, can I switch to MC in MBB after Exe-MBA?
