Most don't get money back

You can't say that it's a victimless crime because a lot of those that fall for these scams are usually vulnerable i.e have a learning disability. They are the victims. Even if they get their money back, the psychological trauma and the stress of the process has done enough damage.

It's like saying there are some people who are suicidal we should just cut out the middle man and kill them at birth as if it's a god given right to take things from less fortunate people.

you can say what you want but at the end of the day, weather the victim gets there money back or not, you have no idea how much stress that can have on someone who maybe struggling. So you find out in full circle not if, but when karma comes around takes a nice chunk out of you back.

​@@cashcito5560 In certain situations, a lot of the time they do for purchases in stores and if the victim reports fraud the STORES bank refunds the persons money not the victims bank so I would call that victimless. However, a lot of banks hold no liability for transfers that you authorise yourself and they have every right to not give you any money back. That makes the person who's scammed an undeniable victim to fraud

Victims of romance, lottery and crypto scams aren’t getting nothing back. Money mules are fucked too

No offence but sounds like you're just trying to convince yourself that no ones really getting hurt by your actions. Sometimes banks don't return the funds or return the funds then tell you to fuck off to another bank which fucks with your credit score.

People only hate scammers more than they do trappers because with scammers they see themselves in them and it just comes across as smarter than them and doing 100x better most people taking the moral high ground would take a 10er from someone if they seen them drop it also stop wishing karma on people 😂 its so crazy always thinking of innocent people being scammed as if snarky rich people dont exist aswell its a grey area in crime but it’s definitely one of the least morally wrong avenues in crime for financial gain
