It’s a Christian satire site. The joke is an alter call at the end of a podcast, not the gospel itself. I’ve watched most of their interviews and it’s not designed for conversions, it’s about conversations. Who knows what they talked about off air.

@@REPENTandTurnTo_Jesus yeah that's kind of the sad reality of it. Had Ray been there, the pressing question even before "do you accept Christ" would be "are you working on the Mark of the Beast"? Or some other variation explaining to Elon the concerns and parallels of the direction his work might be headed. Then again as Ray says, they are talking to the richest dude in the world so nerves aren't all that solid AND the whole podcast seemed like a more chill hang out thing than a Crossfire interview hammering Musk over and over about tough subjects.

All I can say is at the darkest moments in my life, when I hated even myself, His Word comforted me with His grace and mercy and peace when nothing or no one else could. As the apostle Peter said, “Lord, who else can we turn to?”

Elon was the only one who was taking what they were asking seriously. He took the topic of Jesus WAY more respectful than they did. It hurt my heart to see them taking this opportunity and acting as if it was just a silly laughing matter (comedy guys or not!) I think they messed up a huge opportunity to share the Gospel appropriately with Elon. I’m not trying to cast stones - I know I don’t always get it right and miss MANY opportunities that I am accountable for. Elon seemed receptive to real discussion about Jesus. I hope they did talk more, off camera. Imagine him, with all of his influence, surrendering his life to Christ! He would be boldly getting the message of Jesus all over the world!! Reminds me to BE BOLD in my area of influence!!

honestly. Elon had such a great opener for an amazing conversation. I would have loved to see it actually happen but I highly doubt they were ready to have that conversation. As a friend… a co human being exploring life and belief. Too bad. I definitely disagree with this guys methodology but the babylon bee was just dismissible. a ministry? lol. continuing to put forward a representation of Christ.

Yep I went to church until 9 years and for many many years I didn't think about God . And 12 years ago something terrible happened and i cussed him and his mama.But i knew i would have to find him because at this time i was lost for 8 miserable years. I started watching a Pastor on tv .He tells it like it is he'll even tell ya he doesn't care if you believe or not .And 6 years later in the beginning of February I felt something i have never felt before, it was like someone told me to try to think of all these thoughts that kept me up at night and when i did the thoughts didn't bother me and i sleep pretty good.The thoughts still come and go but they don't bother me anymore. I'm like my Pastor i don't care if you believe or not, that's on you not me.

The three men on the show seemed so intent to be Who got Elon to except God in his life. Perhaps so they could be The Ones that did it. I was put down this very day because a friend didn't believe God had answered a prayer I'd asked him. He told me God didn't speak to us lowely humans. He doesnt appear to be obbessed with the all mighty money Prosperity Gospel. God gave him many talents and hes a hard worker. Im praying for him to seek the kingdom of Heaven. This man changed my life, at 2:30 am. Drunk, and alone. I didn’t have cable, and he was the only thing I could pick up with my antenna (rabbit ears). The next day I called the TV Station and got the info, and followed up. I order “Born Again” I still talk about this 25 yrs later. I have grown as a Christian since I viewed his tape. I joined a Pentecostal Church, and never looked back. You can’t change your heart by yourself, you need the Holy Spirit, and the will to change.

Watching Elon Musk answer the questions reminds me of my pre-saved by grace life; answering the questions but not having the answers. Until I saw myself as a sinner and going to straight to hell, nobody speaking to me, even the simple truth of salvation, could penetrate the walls I hid behind. Personally, when I called on the name of Jesus to save me from an impending death, it was the most humbling thing I have ever experienced. I have always heard that the first sin in the Bible is pride. The opposite of pride is humility. Until I was humbled, my pride stood in the way of my salvation. We are truly our worst enemies.

Which part about her was gem? Her arrogance or her pride? Or the fact that she measures the creator of time and space on the same scale as a human. All of which are sinful activities. God forgives if you repent and admit your wrongs and display shame. Not arrogantly shout out to the sky "I am a sinner and I'm a GOOD person, and that's that! If the heavens don't want me then the hell with you!" That is THE definition of a difting soul, a lost one.

I saw a sinner who Christ loves and is beckoning. I saw a woman willing to have an uncomfortable conversation and not become hostile. Do you know how rare that is these days? I saw a woman who was moved by the gospel. Just because she didn’t fall to the ground in repentance at that moment does not mean the Holy Spirit is not working. We are ALL (including you) full of pride and arrogance but that doesn’t stop the Lord from pursuing us. All gems are found in dirt. It is only by the Master’s hand are we polished and made beautiful. I hope you’ll look beyond the dirt that surrounds the lost and begin to see what Christ sees.

I think (I say this with love towards to you), that the point of this video is show us how to evangelize, not to expose those who were willing to listen to, don't you think? I don't know you but I know that God has such love for us, and for this lady, even if she seems a bit different than what you expected, we all need the same Savior, and each one of us don't know Jesus at the same time, maybe this is the time to know Jesus for her and this the time for us to pray for those who need Him. @@pamb6590 how do you who or what I am to be saying I have pride and arrogance? Isa aka Jesus was a man also. It's a blasphemy to refer to a human being as God. Catholic Church has perversed many perceptions regarding God to fit their agenda. Anyhow just because she remained polite seems like what blew your socks off. She retained none of that only maintained polite social interaction and was kind enough to let that person speak, the end. I meet many people like that in Toronto Canada. Anyway I pointed out facts about her and facts don't have feelings they are simply that, fact. The chosen on has returned and is walking amongst us. So if everyone here waiting for the sky to crack open and angels playing trumpets they have lost their minds. I agree she seems like a nice person but actually this is a common deception of Satan. He will lull you to be comfortable, to be a good person, to be nice. The road to heaven is narrow. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom. The only way to the father is through Christ. These are absolutes. Do not water down the truth. We are all sinners and cannot enter heaven until we accept Jesus.

I think it is that you love people like Christ loves us. I can feel the love in your voice. May God Bless your life and every step you take.

As I listened to Elon I just about broke down and cried. His SOUL is crying out for the "answers to life" and these guys blew their chance to tell him!😭 Ray Comfort is BRILLIANT the way he shares the Gospel. Makes me feel so inadequate to do the same. He wasn't sharing, he was convincing her, which she didn't ask for. I am sorry if I am getting this wrong, but I am going to guess you are a believer, so if that is right, ask yourself and be honest... In a similar situation, would you have found it comfortable to hear a non believer trying to convince you that your faith is wrong for that long? Would you have stood there that long, regardless of how respectful the atheist was to you?

I watched that podcast. I sort of empathized with Elon when he was asked to accept Jesus, as he is seeking a Philosophical truth. I pray Elon will come to know Christ as I eventually did. I think right now he is on the right track.

I watched the interview. Was so very disappointed when they blindsided him with the question " Will you do us a solid, and make Jesus your Lord?" Seriously? They didn't share the gospel, he had no understanding of sin and repentance...so of course he didn't get saved. Then he sat there in awkwardness, looking like he expected something more to be said about what it means...and got nothing. Yes, it would have been intimidating,but that was the perfect opportunity to lead him to Christ and they wasted it.

Don't despise the day of small beginnings. He was embarrassed, true, but after he pondered and mulled it over, he did make a confession by humbling himself before the very question and saying yes. God is humble. God will take it!

I don't believe it was a wasted opportunity at all, at least based on this short clip. I did not watch the entire interview. However, I think Elon already understood what it meant to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior well before this interview. We saw in the clips that he has thought about it before, he has read many religious texts, and has had existential crises trying to piece it all together and understand the meaning of life. When asked if he will accept Jesus and be saved, you can tell that he honestly thought about. He acknowledged that Jesus is real and believed many of His teachings. So when Elon said he would like to be saved, I'd like to think that the Holy Spirit stepped in at that very moment and took over.

@@scraytonify1 He said he liked some things Jesus taught. He has little understanding and the BB interviewers just sat back and laughed at him. He was actually taking it seriously and asking questions but they refused to share the gospel with him. It's not enough to think Jesus was a nice guy who liked wine. The BB interviewers acted like they couldn't care less about his soul as long as they got some laughs.

The lady is false , on the Bible. The Bible is in Hebrew language. It cannot be rewritten. The false Bibles have been retranslation errors and retranslated many times over. yet the majority of it has been preserved contextually and textually. Only some of the false Bibles are more widely published and circulated. But there are correct online translations ... Hint (Complete Hebrew Bible, Orthodox Jewish Bible, Aramaic Bible, etc. KJV is a weak translation whereas the NIV - Passion etc bibles are heretical )

You don't come to Jesus sinless, you come as you are, then in your relationship with Jesus, you will change because of Jesus. some people are with god even if they dont believe in him. we dont pick god, god picks us. god is merciful, If she has done the litlle things like we all did and nothing serious she will just get a grade less or two from god. because of that maybe she gets a smaller house instead of villa in heaven, or a new life on earth? who knows and who are we to judge when we can only wait and die. we can just use common sense. the ten commandments of god are the test that we start to take when we are born, and it takes all our life time to finnish it. In the end we get a grade for our deeds in life soo we can live again in heaven, earth or hell.

What do you mean by “repent” and “true Christ?” Ray comfort doesn’t define repent correctly, and many cults use terms like “true Christ” or “true church” to fit their own non-biblical views. “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.”

YESSSSSS you could see in her face her emotions. She was very moved. She is at least honest with herself and others and knows what she has done. That is the first step. Being able to admit that you're a sinner, we are all law breakers and therefore none is worthy to go to heaven. All of us are filthy rags. But the blood of Jesus washes us clean. I pray she accepts Jesus as her LORD AND SAVIOR. 🙏

@@williamjordan6786 failed how? 330 prophecies about birth/death of the messiah, 300 of which so far have come to pass. Try calculating the odds seriously. I did and was surprised. Also the more and more archeologists who work in Israel, Turkey and other countries are finding more land and coins and pottery, etc,. that identifies and proves these places and items exist. There's no way to get around it.

It took me years to figure out that God is everywhere in everything. In the air of the trees the wind the sunshine the water. How could you not believe. Look how amazing he made people.

I love that you talked about just praying the prayer. Thats not what it is. Understanding that you're a sinner, that we all have fallen short of God's glory, thats the first part. So many times people just try to get people to say a prayer, but a prayer means nothing without having meaning behind it. Thank you for what you do. Praise God!

The young woman Ray Comfort witnessed to was so honest and gracious. It's obvious she is willing to listen and consider intelligently. I can imagine God is wooing her into relationship with Jesus. I pray she responds to Him soon.

The meaning of life is love. It's insanely complex yet very simple.

I think the Babylon Bee failed in this interview. They are known for being great at satire, but the message was lost when instead of quoting scripture, as we are to give the good news of Jesus, Elon was able to give more details about Jesus' character than the guys from the Bee were able to display. They were essentially joking about what is the most important conversation any man could have. Elon Musk may gain the whole world and still lose his soul, which would be a genuine failure on behalf of those who had the opportunity to speak truth into his life, and refrained for fear of sounding uncool.

I totally agree. They had the opportunity to do a gospel share time, and instead joked as he spoke. I don’t even know that seeds were planted in that conversation. Elon is just a man, and these men were intimidated by him. It was sad to see the ending was so weak. Elon desperately needs Jesus especially if he’s going to be a leader of this world. If God can do good through intended evil I’m not so confident that they failed while intending to open his mind to considering their perspective with an intention that was nothing but holy

This wasn't even close to him accepting Jesus he was joking and swept it under the rug just because you follow his principles don't mean you love or know him they could have made that a serious conversation and let it go

It’s weird I’m use to him to interviewing people so I never saw his face. Until now and he looks INTIMIDATING but his voice is Ray COMFORTing (Pun intended). Good video. U earn a subscribe 👍

I think their conversation was very simplistic and simple minded.

The woman being interviewed at 11:27 is truly amazing in her awareness and ADMISSION of her own sin. She hasn't yet connected the dots to sin needing salvation, but she's delightfully truthful about her inadiquacies.

I'm having a really hard time with my faith. Everything I like is against my religion. I'm definitely going to hell.

Elon said he believes in Spinoza's god which does not acknowledge the existence of anything outside of nature. He also said, "If Jesus is saving people I wouldn't stand in his way... sure I'll be saved why not?". This was not a confession of sin nor did he ask for forgiveness. He simply acknowledged that he knows Jesus could save him.

Exactly .. and he's a proponent and advocate of Transhumanism .. which is an aberration of God's self-professed greatest and favored creation - Humans. Ugh… my heart just wrenched watching those clips of Elon saying he was searching for the meaning of life. I just felt, “Someone share the gospel truth with him!” Not lukewarm, but on fire! Not shaky and reluctant, but full on without fear. I hope he goes beyond the point of just accepting the teachings of Jesus, but doing more reading of the Bible and trust in him as his Lord and savior.

We need to pray the Holy Spirit show him and that he develop faith and trust in what can’t be explained. It’s sad that so many science based ppl keep reaching and looking for answers and the answer is faith. Lord , show Elon and others like him that you gave the knowledge they have to physically leave this planet and return.. that you gave the knowledge of all things but show them lord what should and should not be used as evil things transpire from science as well. I pray for his salvation. In Jesus name amen

Elon's body language was speaking volumes that I haven't heard anyone mention here. It's not speaking belief, it's speaking questions about Jesus and being saved. We all need to pray for Elon to get saved...now. I personally found the video quite concerning, not saving a soul from hell.

Let him search out to the whole universe and let us watch him find nothing but the Greatness of God

As soon as I heard them say "do us a quick solid" I cringed and realized that the Babylon Bee had really messed this one up. They didn't share the gospel. It was almost like a funny little joke to them. So sad to see it

Agree. It seems like the org just want elon to say "i accept christ" even without being genuine. Not sharing the gospel as it is is a missed opportunity

So agree that they squandered the opportunity to really touch this man's soul. He is clearly feeling the emptiness of disconnection with God and seeking the truth. They could have talked about so many examples written in the Bible especially for where Elon is right now - Matthew 19, explaining the chapter about the rich young ruler might have put something on his mind, for starters. But, it's not too late they can invite him on the show again or just talk with him privately - having prepared themselves to not be awe struck, but ready to talk with him as just a person in need.🤗✝️

I've watched Ray's videos for years and he never ceases to amaze me. I should say, the Holy Spirit in Ray never ceases to amaze me. Astounding what can happen in the life of such a yielded vessel. Thanks for being such an inspiration Ray.
