Any 'I' statement is in its essence suffering. The statement "I'm a winner" exhibits Ego in the same way as the statement "I'm a loser."

When you are playing,then the ego falls silent. When you are a winner/loser - ego is there.

Spirituality has nothing to do with thoughts but it's only for the one who is suffering.

Human life is a struggle between love and habit. let's see who wins ? the one who you favor., the winner must be the love ideally. Let's see who actually wins.,the greater and the horrible thing is you are the judge, you will decide who wins, that's great if you are lover. That's horrible if you are habituated.you decide who you are.

Taking yourself as too big or too small both will cause you suffering. Any "I" statement in its essence is suffering , that's ego. Do not associate it merely with pride or power or achievement. The one who says I'm a big winner is exhibiting ego , the one who says I'm a big loser is equally exhibiting ego. What you say about yourself is your I statement . That is ego. I'm a winner - EGO I'm a loser- EGO

- Ego is the 'I' feeling that causes you suffering. It do not associate merely with pride, power or achievements but with their opposites too. The one who says I am a big winner is exhibiting ego, the one who is says I am a big loser is equally exhibiting ego. - Ego diminishes only when the one you are devoted to is the absolute. - Enlightenment or Liberation is not something that the person can possess just as freedom is not something that a prison can possess or achieve. - The one who claims liberation as his own is not enlightened and he is not even a seeker of enlightenment. He is a fraudster. Be very cautious of those who have claimed enlightenment for themselves. - Man's habit often defeat intention of the man. The power of intention is far lesser than the grip of the habits. Therefore, liberation can also be defined as freedom from habits. There are small habits that we name as tea, cigerate, etc. Then there is the mother habits that we do not even call as habits. The 'I' tendency and the 'I' tendency defeats not merely your thoughts but horribly even your love. - The great as well as the horrible thing is that you are the judge. You have to decide who will wins ? The love or the Ego. - Spirituality has nothing to do with God at all. Let's junk him. Spirituality has everything to do with your suffering. Don't you want freedom from that suffering ?
