Is Dougherty Dozen Now At Risk of Losing Their Channel For FALSE DMCA CLAIMS Against
There is a Mommy Vlogger named Dougherty Dozen on KZread that is inappropriately using the Content ID and DMCA Takedown tools on this platform. Specifically, at the time of this upload, my dear friend @cursedreact has received 3 takedown notices for merely doing commentary and satire about Dougherty Dozen… a channel that has 1.2 MILLION subscribers by the way.
Cursed Eye is well within the bounds of Fair Use with her commentary and satire, but worse, she is now in possession of email correspondence between herself and the management company that represents the Dougherty Dozen where it is admitted in writing that the Content ID system is being abused.

Actually I don’t know if they all are… I know most are, but it’s possible they all are. I know Cursed Eye and Dad Challenge Podcast channels know that info for sure 👍🏻
