The issue is not about whether one can ask a girl her age or not , the issue here is we should not ask personal question to someone who is working at a store and someone you do not know. Just simple common sense. Dont ask private question to a stranger.

All Muslims have 5 namaz. Shai just follow the tradition of imams and combine the morning+noon prayers, afternoon prayer, evening+night prayer. Sometimes even sunni offer back to back 2 prayers when they miss it. Or offer Qaza prayer.

Shia are muslims only in name of you have doubt just see Iran where they burning hijab and shaving heads of women I have seen shia irani refusing to say asalamualaikum because according to them it is Arab culture not irani culture.
