Really truth Pravin sir, I am a employee of MNC and there is ABGH( Anti Bribery Gift & Hospitality) policy and the same things I have done many times. But I realized that corruption is so deeply rooted in our society. My suggestion that everyone should do like Pravin sir in order to reduce the corruption in our society.

Praveen, I give a standing ovation to you! I just absolutely loved it! Okay, my view now, you are right in saying that we as a society should stop offering bribes and sternly ask these officials looking deep into their eyes to "WHY DO THEY WANT IT"! Yes, should and must stop paying these corrupt govt. officials and encourage others to follow the same as well. The day when we all Indians start doing this, GOVT will understand that "public jagrut ho rahi hai" and we cannot shamelessly keep begging! Another point to make is, yes this country (my country INDIA) has rotten to the core so much that, Govt. officials have become so heartless to beg in front of petty shop keepers who earn just 200 rupees per day. Every day they are harassed to pay out 50 rupees and I feel so angry and sad at the same time to see officials in uniform doing this. I feel like crying when I think, I alone won't be able to change the system. Lastly, your public reach helped you out here as you are a personality on KZread and a pretty famous public speaker (figure). But, what about common people? (like me?). There are shameless ones who might even say "Ja karle jo karna hai..." Shit man! (Apologies for this word), but I'm just short of words on where my India is going?? WHY!!???

Sir, I do agree with your point of view. But is this not a responsibility of Govt. to check or keep a track of these corrupt activities that are being done by Govt. officials? We must stop giving bribes but everytime it can't be so easy to say No.

Hi, sir I think it will help to little extent. But after that one can't fight this tsunami of corruption. I in my case struggling with one residential land conversion since two years even after submission of all required documents. They are legally bound to award within 120days but don't bother to do so. Even district collector can't do anything to control these thugs so I believe better not to fallow each and every rules in any field. By doing it gain some profit and compensated for the suffering that I go through bcz of this bloody Beurocracy and government s.....

Sir, it's our mistake. Sometimes people want things to get at a faster rate and these people give some amount to government officers and thereafter the process of corruption starts and officers start asking for money for work for which they are already paid by the government....

Hi Praveen, my view on this is little different. Both, giver and taker are at fault and both are wrong doers. By offering bribes to government officials, we are encouraging corruption. On the flip side of it, situations often compel and we don't gather courage to say NO to them. Anyway, I like your presentation skills.
