I do find the best way to remove "Urine Seal" is to etch (1.5 acid in slop bucket) 😮

Yes a low pH acid will cut through most of those situations 😁

Use a cordless drill and a drill brush instead of just scrubbing

No Vengeance. Grout was already pretty comprised and it really would not have helped on this job

I dont think the grease deteriorates the grout the cleaners do. cause like u know people dont clean they just spread dirt

Actually we have seen the grout become mushy from the grease and lack of cleaning unfortunately... But I have to say that it does depend on the type of grout that was used. Some grouts it happens to and others do seem more resilient... But I would also agree that some cleaners could compromise the grout too. Very good point and I should clarify in my videos my comment better, because you are also correct. Thank you for commenting 😊

What is Tsunami PH? Cold & Hot water mix for effectiveness?

It's about a 12.3 pH. It dissolves in warm to hot water. I actually can't remember if I have tried it with cold water. Hot water and hot prespray can always be more active though. Sorry I don't know about the cold water mixing tonight

@@MarkSaiger no it probably is hot as the other catalyst, "code red" is mixed Hot. *btw don't sleep on g force as an adhesive remover! I used as a Pretreatment for 200SF of area rug adhesive backing. Mixed at 25%

🤔 I wonder which Saiger product I can use on my tile? Every time I mop, the room smells like stagnant water in most areas for 24-48 hours. Initially thought dirty mop head so I replaced the mop head and same result. Then got a totally new mop by Tineco and still same result. Any ideas? The nose prints are from those neighborhood dogs, not sweet Luna or Miley!

It has to be the neighborhood dogs coming by to see if the girls can come out to play 😁. I'm trying to figure out the odor issue. You might be able to add one of our Saiger cides to the mop water to help with the odor. That would be the Lime Citron Odor Destroyer or Eucalyptus Mint Odor Destroyer. 2 ounces per gallon could help eliminate odor and not be too overpowering. It's not a cleaner though, just an odor eliminator. I am working on a new nuetral cleaner and another new Cide. One of those 2 could also help in the future. Can I ask what cleaner you are using? Maybe I can figure something out from there

@@MarkSaiger I have used pine sol and also fabuloso. When I got the Tineco mop it advises only using their solution. First time I did. Second time I used a shark solution. The odor smells like stale water. Only happens when I mop so I think maybe the tile and/or grout has something going on. I remember you mentioned a new product coming and I am waiting!
