@@TDS_ExistMaga4ever 😎 basically. I was a teenager in England. They just started showing NFL over here. My mate and I picked a QB coming out of the draft to support. He picked Marino. I obviously picked Elway. Lucky escape. I could be a colts fan. lol.

I've watched Nix for many years, this guy is a real QB..off kilter throws is what he does well, watch the USC 2023 game, he ran to his right and throws across his entire body and throws 45 yards, also he plays like a point guard making weird throws in pressure. He does what he is asked he is more of a general type. Lanning says that Bo is like having a coach on the field Watch the 2023 game again Utah where he read the defense so well he put Bucky out just past the lbs and Bucky went for a TD. SMART!

Thats what I see when I watch him. He's a pure point guard playing QB. Unfortunately, that seems to affect his "ceiling". Plus, his father was a QB and is still a coach. He's been around ball his whole life. Huge bonus!

Nix is a beast broncos fans

Its a good year to need a rookie and unload the overpaid one from the team but still have to pay his salary. Denver got extremely lucky there are so many winners to choose from.

That win streak really screwed the Broncos!

The thing that keeps popping up in my mind is something SP said when the off season began. He said (paraphrasing) "We will draft our QB wherever we feel we need to, we don't care if others think it's a reach" My mind instantly went to Nix and IMHO, SP has known he likes this kid from jump.

Yeah, 100%! SP will definitely give a lot of hints if you know how to read through the tea leaves. After the combine it was obvious that Jeudy was going to be dealt. I think they’ll take their guy at 12 and won’t trade back unless they get blown away by an offer. Nix just makes too much sense

Absolutely sir I like it…it just makes to much sense for this to happen and I watch him in the #sec without any support and no O-line at auburn I can understand stand why he left.He was running for his life and still made plays and he did very well at Oregon #pac-12 have a good day sir

Guys, this rebuild Hass to happen. We’ve been terrible for eight years not like this season is going to be any different it’s way overdue don’t freak out about free agency or anything like that. They have a plan next year we’re going to have $100 million to load up our new quarterback with.

How do you know if the Giants are not looking at Bo Nix? My feeling is there will be at least six QBs gone in the first round.

I personally believe there's a lot of legitimate interest in JJ but its a pure guess at this point!

But you have to remember the Vikings would probably take them if Jake means off the board

Me too! Would be good with it! Can also see a scenario where we move back and build the roster. Focus on QB next season.

Totally agree with this take especially about trading back and still drafting Nix. Sends a bad message to the fans and the player that you “settled” and are only half in. QB and Coach is a marriage and you don’t want your partner settling. The other reason I think Sean has been patient is because he might like Rattler or Pratt if things don’t go your way in round one. Btw I’m down to do a chat about it on the show.

I think Nix is the best fit if you’re looking at someone coming in and playing right away. I feel JJ has incredible upside. Idk if he will be available at 12 & idk if we will be able to move up

I think drafting best player at position of need is a better strategy. Its always a gamble, you may as well take a gamble at a position you need help at.

The ravens passed on Lamar then traded back into the 1st how has that worked out for them? The 49ers traded the farm for Trey lance how has that worked out for them? Just 2 examples that directly proves what you said as incorrect

@@MarckySportsDenver because you’re wasting the 12th pick in the draft when only Caleb and Jayden are worth that. Even with those guys there’s a chance it might not work out. The Broncos are going to be a disaster for a long time.

Honestly you are speaking what I have been thinking for a while - except when it comes to the "four out of six picks" are QB. When did that ever happen before. History shows that it has never happened before so it would be first ever. 1949 had four in top 9 and 2018 had four in top 10. On top of that we have prospects that are ranked higher. Just looked at Eric Edholm top 100 ranking - Williams #1, Harrison jr #2, Nabers #3, Odunze #4, Alt #5, Maye #6, Bowers #7, Daniels #8, Mitchell #9 and Murphy II @ #10 - next QB is JJ down at 25th, then Penix jr #41 and finally Bo Nix down at 45 - that seem realistic to me. So what I hope would happen is the first 3 goes in the top 11 and then Broncos trade down to somewhere around 25(GB valued at 480 pts below Den) for a pick 41 (valued at 490) that would be a +10 in DEN favour but would move GB up. GB could get their guy in Mitchell (since they would bypass Raiders for the best CB) and DEN could maybe get Kool-aid McKinstry and of course Bo Nix with the 2nd rnd. I get the we passed on your for XYZ reason - but being as mature as you mentioned BNix to be, he would understand the business of the whole stuff and see the benefit of having a solid DB to ensure DEN are not letting the games get out of hand, and resting everything on BNix's shoulders from the get go. Anyway its all dreams and guesses but I like your take on the matter

You're right! But history is meant to be rewritten! There's never been more desperation for QB's. From a marketing standpoint to the way they change the rules, its all about the QB. You cannot win championships without an elite guy like you used to be. This will be a trend for a while until it proves to be a bad strategy.
