I bought my first tract about a year ago. Small 20 acre piece in southern Minnesota. Hunted it one season without doing any improvements and had decent success. Now I went all in improving the place. Thanks for putting these videos out. I plan to keep building and acquiring more tracts. I am in a good position because I'm an Iowa resident and I live a short distance from Minnesota and Wisconsin. Hope to eventually own in all 3 states, even if they are small parcels.
