Or if somebody from outside has ANY business in a certain section they can tap in with reputables from that section to make sure everything stays on the up and up and the business is conducted w/ no hiccups or tripping from the inside. Bro Both Skip and Big U gots slap on the hand sentences when in prison . Skip refuses to speak about why he didn’t do a long sentence in prison and Big U received 23 years in prison back in 1992 , but only did 12 years. Who gets half there sentence reduced just like that only rats do . Especially when your claiming to knockout-ing out 32 ppl in prison riots . Only fools who parole PC-SNY or rats can work directly with law enforcement or prisons as re-entry programs for parolees. Active parolees can’t enter prison or run re entry programs . Even if it’s proven they are no longer associated with crimes .

Great Explanation. Very positive movement. Only issue is if someone else did it before this era..they would have been labeled as WEAK or trying to be ABOVE THE PROGRAM. There is no recruiting. You have friends , family , community , all affiliated with a section where you’ve grown up. So affiliation and relation easily becomes membership. Then some outsiders kills someone you love and there the retaliation begins. No gang is saying come join us! These youngsters are in an age of being followers so they follow their peers instead of their elders and when one of your school friends claims a gang it easy to become apart of what he claims.

I was trying to work for GRYD good program 🎯

As a current CO working in the prisons in California I can say stuff like this can really help and cut things. There is a lot of fires that were avoided and a lot of heavy lifting that I did not have to do because I would let the shot callers do their thing in terms of working things out and keeping the peace. This is not something that a rookie CO would understand. There's been times where I've let leadership from different prison cars come to my unit to get an understanding and squash things. I wouldn't let them come in my but whoever they needed to talk to I would let them step outside of the unit to have the conversation. What's going on with this ambassador thing in my opinion is prison politics playing out on the streets. I'm pretty sure there's going to be people that will read my comment and will think I'm out of my mind but people that feel that way just don't know how prisons work. There's a lot of issues that can be avoided if you let people talk things out first and get an understanding. This is one of the reasons why I prefer to work in a prison versus working on the streets. The inmate politics requires a certain level of policing among themselves.
