That's the sign of a true artisan - the guy is doing his own thing, not a care in the world for anything other than staying true to himself and his own work. Absolutely beautiful story, and as always thank you for putting it on the map lads.

Only watched the first pizza and watching it on TV. Had to come on my phone to comment. Best wholesome well deserved review you've done so far. That guy is so humble he deserves it as that pizza looked Banging!!!

I watched your video this morning about this place and decided to pack the kids into the car for the 200km round trip.when we got there about 5pm the place looked possibly closed with the door shutter half down. I popped in and got talking to a real sound black haired friendly guy who said they had sold out by 3pm. I decided to buy some focaccia loaves to take home and when I went to pay the guy he wouldn’t take any money from us. If first impressions are anything to go by ,this place deserves all the success it gets and more. Amazing bread. 👌 thank you

I live just 6 min walk away from this place, and every time I try to get some pizza there, they are always sold out l, usually around 2.30-3pm. Huge lines every time I drive past them around noon. I am so happy they are popular and they maintain the quality of their pizzas.

Was in her a few weeks back, got a slice of them all. Honestly haven’t had a pizza like this in the whole of Northern Ireland or anywhere if I’m honest. The new haven is absolutely insane, the crisp, the crunch, no flop, outstanding undercarriage. Honestly it was outstanding and I couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

I remember going to a pizza place called little Italy when I was in Belfast . That was really nice. Also a place called The Dirty Onion and Yardbird was superb for ribs

Gotten Pizza out of FLOUT a good few times - shame you didnt get the focaccia bread with honey glaze and buttermilk ranch dipping sauce - its honestly the best thing ive ever eaten in my life. 10/10 pizza for sure so glad to see the guys get the praise they deserve

I’ve lived in Australia for over 10 years, but originally from Belfast. The produce from Northern Ireland is massively underrated in my opinion. I miss the food so much, and this pizza looked amazing.

Flout is so good, the deep dish Detroit pizza is also unreal, especially with the slightly spicy honey, omgggggg. Get a slice of everything, one of the best pizzas possible!!

Callum I’m in my mid 40s and always been a pizza lover I’ve eaten pizza all over the world and the best I had was in Naples but there is 1 place I’ve found in the uk in anglesey north wales called Popty Pizza you simply must go and try it check opening hours beforehand there only open limited hours and days they serve there pizzas out of a old club house on a golf course 👌

I knew there had to be someone in uk who new how to cook great pizza and take the best of U.S types . As he said pointless to try and make authentic when outside of the region the pizza originated from. Best to pay homage and put your own little twist. He did it right and so it should be a 10 .

VISIT Andersons chip shop in Lisburn right beside belfast and get the "Chicken fillet burger" with mayo, cheese and lettuce. I believe best chicken burger in the UK!

This bloke has got it sorted. I used t go to an Italian place in Muswell Hill for a pizza on the way home. This bloke hits if for a 6. The last two he made looked amazing. I used to live near Detroit in Michigan but his version was miles away better.

I live round the corner from this place and ive never tried it before i will be trying it from now on looked gorgeous 👍

The Falls and The Shankill are ghetto areas full of crime and drugs. Not a place For tourists!

Up in the North of Ireland, the fish is another level. If you go up to rathlin island, I recommend the mackerel there. It's to die for. If you go across to Derry, check out the sea bream in Pyke and Pommes, not to mention the Pickled Duck's sausage roll. Best fish/sausage roll I've ever had. Belfast's John Longs fish bar is also fantastic, and for a pint pop down to the Sunflower Lounge. You're in a special country, Matt. Enjoy it.

Need to get Portenoy to Belfast

I tried Flout for the first time last Thursday. I quewed for 25 mins for a delicious Pepperoni slice, served up by the owner (a gentleman). I work nearby, this could become a problem. 😮

No way just had this…. Was superb… Even the sides were cracking…
