that was an offshore call center that’s in the philippines it seems like a normal for them to goof off on the clock i would call them out on it because they always would be hooting and hollering in the background while someone else would be in a call with customers and the rep would be like “ no there’s no party going on we are all working and rest assured i’m trying to help you” -insert heavy philippines accent here-
Probably remote worker. There are still some centers that do hybrid schedules 3 days office 2 days remote 2 days off.
