Your videos have been very informative and fun to watch. I live in Houston. I visited Little Rock last year and I loved it. I love that it is off the radar. I want to move there one day soon.

Arkansas is the last place Californian's will move to. That's why I want to move there

@@thisisgusman we bought a house site unseen. But have traveled back there twice since we purchased. Only problem is we can't sell our house here in CA because the market has cooled off.

I have been trying to get out of Southern California and move to Arkansas, I would have been there by now but someone stole the money I was gong to use to move. The only good thing about that is I have bee able to find this channel and do more home work before just picking up and moving, so I feel a lot more confident about moving to Arkansas now.

Arkansas is the best kept secret!!! Moved here from Texas ((the new California)). Property taxes are a small percentage compared. Love it here!!!

Thinking about moving to Arkansas...the rents in the Boston area are outrageous!!! I'm 45 minutes from Boston, but it is still crazy expensive!!!!

Where are the rural areas in your state? I want to buy a homestead in Arkansas, or a ranch, a farm? I am getting excited 😊! Oh and I want 40 acres or more. I also don't want neighbors anywhere near me.

Arkansas is the MOVE... I have family there in Little Rock, Malvern, n Lone Oak.. Right now I'm in Texas and I can tell everyone has moved to Texas from California, Miami, Louisiana, Mississippi and Chicago...Texas is becoming over populated. I'm just concerned about work in Arkansas

I live in the mountain area of Arkansas in van buren about an hour from Fayetteville and I can tell you recently I’ve seen so many different license plates from all over the United States so yes it is cheap to live here I highly recommend it if you love the natural beauty of nature

You said you went from the "DALLAS TX AREA", Unfortunately I'm in the "FT WORTH TX AREA". I would love to move back to "ARKANSAS" But how does he do it: With "$8.000.00 No credit history $870.00 a month? All I'm looking for is 5-10 unimproved acres Far away from any city. I'd like to put a small trailer, or a TINY HOME on it. But where does that exist in ARKANSAS? Please reply.

I got here almost a year ago and I have not able to buy a home Arkansas it’s no longer cheap Arkansas it’s a primary place where people want to come and live yes you have all the other stuff like beauty and rivers and nature but now It’s not that affordable, yes it’s cheaper then California but not that cheap!

I visited Little Rock Arkansas 2 months ago its beautiful. I can't wait to go back.. The food was great the housing outstanding and the people great! My wife and I took a walk along the Riverfront Park and sat and looked at the bridge. We didn't want to go back home.

Arkansas is experiencing slow growth due to lack of industry there. What jobs do you have to offer people moving there. Maybe mowing lawns.

Nicole, can you talk about some of the great Arkansas rural areas to retire to? I like the little Rock area so convenient to coffee shops and walking parks and eateries, but I like space. I am talking about 40, 50 or 60 acres.

Hi Nicole, I spoke with you today regarding usda... saw this video so i searched properties in Ark.... I'm crying - lol... some of these homes are gorgeous and incredibly cheap (now its all relative coming from So California)... but I've never seen anything like it... some of these homes in Cali would be in the millions - not under 200k lol... i just can't wrap my head around it... Thanks for a great video!

I am in the Central Arkansas area

I used to live in West LR in 2008-09 and I loved it by Chenal. I want to come back but I can't find anything over there under USDA. :(

Yes! Unfortunately that area is too populated now for USDA. The home would have to be outside the city limits or in a smaller surrounding city!

Arkansas is a beautiful state. But lack of everything else, high poverty and crime scare a lot people off.

How’s this state/city for single women?

Hi! Is pet grooming a big thing there? I have a storefront dog salon in satellite beach Florida....inflation is ridiculous here and it's turning into the new California....I'd like to sell my salon in the next year or two and relocate to Arkansas. I'd like to buy some land for a dog boarding kennel behind my house where I can work from home grooming and breeding dogs as well.

Sadly, yes. As a white person I hear a lot of other white people say some pretty disgusting racist stuff. I would love for our state to become more diverse but I wouldn't blame people for not moving here because of it.

The rent prices are high! That is one of the main reasons why I believe people buy houses at a younger age here.

Simple answer: Poverty & Ignorance
