Is Alcohol Halal? Al Mahdi Reveals the Shocking Truth | هل الخمر حلال؟
In the upcoming episode, we will dive into the complex topic of alcohol in religion, with our Master Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq and special guest, Guillaume Ballet. Our exploration will lead us back to the foundational texts of Judaism, Christianity, and finally, Islam.
In Judaism and the Old Testament, we encounter numerous instances of prophets engaging in drinking, and occasionally succumbing to drunkenness. From Noah producing wine to Lot consuming it, poetic psalms celebrating wine, to restrictions on entering the temple while under the influence, wine plays a notable role.
In Christianity, wine is elevated to the status of a sacrament. Jesus' inaugural miracle involved transforming water into wine, and the last supper appears to involve a wine-drinking ritual.
When we turn to Islam, we encounter the prohibition of alcohol, despite its revered status in previous traditions. We'll explore the reasons provided in Islamic texts and address the question of whether this prohibition will ever be lifted.
Join us for an enlightening episode of the School of Divine Mysteries, promising both informative insights and inspiration.

An absorbing analysis of the history of alcohol within the Monotheisitic traditions leading up to its eventual prohibition by the Prophet Muhammad, where it was banned for those who created corruption and lacked self-control. The negative effects of alcohol affect those whose faith and intellect has not been completed.
When love and only good intentions are left among us, what kind of harm they can do to others? So even drinking alcohole has no negative effect on them but will increase goodness in them they already have... To even attempt to debate that shows how much ignorance you have alcohol have been forbidden clearly in the Quran so denying this you have disbelieve not only that even Christian debate if it was alcoholic wine or not Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allah that which you do not know(Al-A‘rāf 33) (sin is forbidden ) They ask you about wine and gambling. Say, "In them is great sin and [yet, some] benefit for people. But their sin is greater than their benefit." And they ask you what they should spend. Say, "The excess [beyond needs]." Thus Allah makes clear to you the verses [of revelation] that you might give thought (Al-Baqarah219)(alcohol is a great sin) Satan’s plan is to stir up hostility and hatred between you with intoxicants and gambling and to prevent you from remembering Allah and praying. Will you not then abstain?(al-maidah-90)

The Prophet of the day gave great thought to the laws and their application for certain people. Different theories notwithstanding, certain practises mentioned in the Quran-like working on Saturdays-were punished harshly in that time. These days, Muslims live by this restriction on a daily basis. Quran 16:67 states that the fruits of grapevines and palm trees are the source of both nutritious food and intoxicants. Aba al Sadiq provided a detailed explanation of the causes of this. Similar to this, an alcoholic would not be permitted to consume alcohol in the present era due to the negative effects of binge drinking, which can make certain people difficult to deal with and even end their lives. Simultaneously, we read about Holy Persons as Jesus; the peace with him described a calm way of savouring wine. Since it's arguably legal in many Muslim nations these days, the academics also modified the regulations. Conversely, some argued that it is forbidden to work in an establishment that serves alcoholic beverages. As a result, you are aware that governments and academics occasionally alter the laws, and you decide to embrace this since it benefits you and your nation economically. Why do we not get a the commanders of God's messenger? I believe that adhering to the directives and guidance provided by the current leader is crucial. Since the scriptures provide evidence of these changes, we must grasp the message and refrain from attaching ourselves to authorities and scholars with out real authority.
the strongest arguments for me was the rivers of wine in paradise, as that is a clear proof available for everyone to see, and the hadiths mentioning abd alnoor.

@@jasminesh7520 Praise be to Allah. Allah, may He be exalted, describes the wine of the Hereafter as being different from the wine of this world. He says (interpretation of the meaning): “Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine - 46. White, delicious to the drinkers. 47. Neither will they have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin) from that nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom” [al-Saaffaat 37:45-47] So Allah describes the wine of the Hereafter as: 1.white 2.delicious to the drinkers, unlike the wine of this world which is distasteful when drunk 3.having no “ghoul” (hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin) in it, which is what affects one who drinks it in this world, of headache, pain in the stomach and loss of reason. In Soorat al-Waaq’iah it says: “Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head” [56:19], i.e., they will not get a headache from it. 4.“nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom”, unlike the wine of this world which causes them to lose their minds. The wine of the Hereafter is good, and does not cause any intoxication or harm. As for the wine of this world, it is harmful and causes intoxication. In other words, in the wine of the Hereafter there is no ghawl (intoxication) and the one who drinks it will not become intoxicated; it does not cause him to lose his mind and it does not cause physical harm. As for the wine of this world, it is harmful to mind and body alike. None of the harmful effects in the wine of this world will be found in the wine of the Hereafter. And Allah is the source of strength.

1. There is white wine on Earth 2. Taste is subjective and it can be made to taste good. 3. Ghoul is a word that all scholars have differed upon its meaning. Also I think you’re missing the point of the video above. The time of the prophet Mohammed the people would enter drunkenness and it was over done to the point he had to warn them to not approach prayer drunk. It does not mean wine is inherently evil, because if it was it wouldn’t be used in the Quran as an example. We are a people who believe the messengers of Allah have the ability to change the jurisprudence. Just as Mohammed changed the sharia that was in the Torah and Gospels (hence why the Jews had a issue with him for changing the laws) he Muhammad also placed a law of 4 wives but himself had taken more than 4 because he is the lawmaker. We are a people who follow the Mahdi of this time who shall come with a new matter and book. One change is alcohol being allowed (but not to become drunk). For us the prophets applied laws according to the people of the time. You can argue like the Jews did against Muhammad using your book all you want, it won’t change the matter that the Mahdi will come forth to renew Islam for this time. In the time of Muhammad alcohol was banned for the people but now under the Mahdi who can change the halal and haram he has shown it is something that can be banned and allowed according to the people and time. If that’s hard for you to accept then you haven’t understood the concept of religion. And are a proof for why the ummah is misguided and lost.

Show some respect. Finally to address your comment, why did you leave out the part where Allah says it will not intoxicate? Why don’t you re read the verses I quoted so that you’re more informed. Such an interesting talk@discussion about alcohol you had here. I was pleased listening to it. Alhamdulillah. Very interesting. Alhamdulillah, I can understand your point when you bring the 3 main religion and connect them with those scriptures or history based on the story of alcohol during those early messengers. As we knew alcohol is allowed during those time. I didn't deny each of it. Coz Al-Baqarah: 4 And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter. *However, I personally and strongly believe that many people in this time, muslim or non muslim aren't able to handle toxication effect😅. The addiction will defeat them. Better prevent than cure. This is what we call differences of syariah. I choose to stick on The Prophet Syariah. Sorry to ask you...coz i'm curious if you said alcohol will be permissable in future how will it be? How will the imam set standard rules? Everybody will start drinking and get drunk and be drunken masters😅 I remember a story that an a'lim and a'bid one day met a beautiful lady. He was asked to choose to kill a child or drink wine. Then he went for the wine. Ended he made zina and kill the women too. Even though I fully understand and accept your faith and confidence on ahlulbayt and their priority in any situation. Their knowledge and everything. Still I choose to say no to alcohol unless in darurah, such as...it must be taken to prevent from death or as a medium of treatment for any sickeness etc. Other than that better prevent than cure. Furthermore still many alternatives out there. Can drink ribena, orange juice...all fruites can turn to juices. Happily can drink without any fear😊😊

الرجل المنصب من الله لايكن همه ارضاء الناس وتجميع اكبر عدد من الاتباع على حساب الحق بل يقول الحق وان ذهب الجميع وتركوه وحيدا
If the imam of the time or a hujjat tells you if dogs blood is halal it becomes halal. No ifs or buts you don't question his judgement you accept it .

Prove he is the mahdi. He hasn't proven anything and doesn't even look like the mahdi. Ismailis make thier religion up as they go. Astaghfirallah. You all are being lead astray

Exactly thank you , because the proof of ALLAH/huajjah/imam is the spirit of god telling you this ....in other words god is telling you the rules .....you don't judge if it's right or wrong but you have a chose to believe/follow/abide the rules and enter heaven in the end if god wills or disbelieve/unfollow/unabide the rules and enter hell fire simple as that.....now the other question is if your /research/logic is not giving you an answer if this is the imam or not then ask god through one of his books Qur'an/bible/scripture if this is truely the imam and open the book and look at the first verse you see , the verse is the answer that god will give you and he will give you an answer depending on the level of your understanding so don't disregard this method if you are true believers and don't let the shaiten/devil cause you to divert from this way and listening to him saying "you are not a imam you won't know what it means" .....save yourself do not be deluded wake up

That’s stupid. There’s been many corrupt imams
