Thought this was the new equinox

Did this guy seriously clean an engine air filter with compressed air? Instead of buying a new engine air filter the guy cleans it with compressed air which damages the air filter material allowing for dirt to get into the engine even easier. Wow people in other countries will do whatever to save money even if it means serious compromising.
